They did me so wrong! They are NOT about customer service whatsoever! I have had a terrible…read moreexperience ever since I switched to Allstate in January 2020. BIG regret! I have gotten cited more than once by police for them not being able to find my insurance policy information in their system. EMBARRASSING!!! I feel as though this should NEVER and shouldn't have continued to happen as I have auto debit and pay my Allstate Insurance bill on time always!! I spoke with the police department to have the citation removed, but it is still a huge reoccurring issue for me ever since I have had Allstate. Big inconvenience for me! The police department said it was an issue on Allstate's end that needed to be taken care of. Allstate denies any responsibility and claims they put my information in the national database for proof of insurance, but police aren't able to pull it up since switching to Allstate??.. Allstate has really dropped the ball! even though they have been getting my auto payments on time always and NEVER late!! I have the app, but it needed an update at the time and the police were not willing to wait on that. They said they would just pull it up from their end. They said it was showing no insurance since July 2020! This is the second or third time this has happened to me since having Allstate insurance by this agency! I was therefore ACCUSED by the police of NOT having insurance for almost a year! HUGE EMBARRASSMENT!! They should have been able to pull it up like with other insurance companies. I have NEVER had this problem before with any other insurance company! Krystal was absolutely no help at all and preferred to put the blame on me and the police department. She talked to me like I was a child and also told me she wasn't going around in circles with me! Ha!..Really? I'm sure she's going around in circles with my money!! How unprofessional..to talk to a customer like that. She says this problem has never happened in over 20 years!..Well perfect.. more of the reason to look into, research and fix the problem on your end so it will not happen to others!! Please don't waste your time and money on this particular agency!! There are way too MANY other good and faithful insurance companies out there!!!

She follows up within an hour almost every time, educated me quite a bit regarding homeowners policies, and was able to save me from a big exposure with the right policy where my Condo HOA was incorrect that could have cost me big. Working with Shannon Hartgrove was one of the worst insurance experiences I've ever had…read more She quoted and bound our home insurance using the WRONG ADDRESS, which we did not discover until after paperwork was signed. This mistake cost us hundreds of dollars and created completely avoidable stress during an already high-stakes process. What made this situation even worse was her behavior before and after the error. She repeatedly talked over me, dismissed my concerns, and failed to listen when I tried to clarify details--details that would have prevented this mistake in the first place. When I finally called her out on the error, she took zero responsibility. Instead of owning the mistake or offering a solution, she became defensive and unprofessional, telling me "this is my agency, I own this, and you can't escalate to management." That response alone speaks volumes about her accountability and customer service standards. If you value: * Accuracy * Professionalism * Being listened to * An agent who takes responsibility for their mistakes Do not use this broker. A basic error like an incorrect address should never happen, and the refusal to own it afterward is unacceptable
