Over 2,100 Orangetheory classes... and I'd sign up for class #2101 without hesitation!…read more People often ask why I keep coming back, and the answer is simple: it works. The workouts challenge me, the coaches inspire me, and every class leaves me feeling stronger than when I walked in. No two workouts are the same, so I'm never bored and always motivated to keep improving. But my favorite part isn't just the workouts--it's the people. Orangetheory Fort Myers has created an encouraging, welcoming community where everyone is cheering each other on, no matter where they are in their fitness journey. If you've been thinking about trying it, this is your sign. Your first class could be the start of something amazing. It certainly was for me!

It pains me to give this location a low rating because the instructor-led classes are fantastic as…read morewell as the staff, but the decisions made by the franchisee have unfortunately influenced my experience. This studio has been inconsistent with its class schedule, frequently changing times with little to no notice for members. As a member, you're required to provide a 30-day notice if you wish to end your membership. However, the studio can change its hours at any time, which may disrupt the classes you're able to attend. If the new schedule no longer works for you, you're still required to give a 30-day notice and pay for another month, even though you're unable to use the service due to their scheduling changes. This feels unfair--if members are held to a 30-day notice policy, the studio should also be held to the same standard and not penalize members for their erratic scheduling decisions. OTF is not cheap; when you're paying for a premium gym experience, you should be treated with respect and consistency.

One of the best things about classes at OTF is that even though they are designed to be High Intensity Interval Training, the coaches are always willing to work with members to prevent injuries, offering alternative movement suggestions, etc. Even in season, space in classes typically remains available, and there is a great mix of young and old pushing themselves to get better. Definitely recommend this place if you are deciding to try out crossfit for the first time. I came from a conventional gym program, got pregnant, and then tried crossfit and have been hooked since day 1. I will never go back to strictly isolation-only lifting. I find that my crossfit training has made everyday activities that require any sort of lifting, strength, or endurance - seamless. The coaches are super helpful/patient and KNOWLEDGABLE.. They make everyday different, challenging, and fun. Highly recommend for ALL levels of fitness.. Not sure what the negative reviews are about.. I have never experienced any separation between "elite" and beginners at this gym. When I came into the box for the first time, I was 70lb overweight from my not-so-fit pregnancy and was definitely not my usual "fit-self". Despite my situation, the coaches and members that I had classes with everyday were always friendly, engaging, and encouraging... I am stronger everyday and am so thankful for those who have pushed me to be better everyday at this gym.
