I will say that this is a smaller 24 hour gym, so it obviously won't compete with LifeTime, Crunch, or Vasa; however, it was definitely adequate. You can easily make do and rip a solid lift for any and all muscle groups. One major piece of advice: try to go at a time when no one is there. If there are more than a few people there, you'll probably have to wait on equipment - luckily I didn't have to wait, but I could foresee that being an issue. They said that they were not able to do that either. However I could pay $10 and get a day pass but they wouldn't let me pay the $22 for an entire month... after seeing the other reviews not sure if I'm going to even try and go back to this gym at this point there's just not many other options in Cape Coral.
