I live in Cape Coral and have been waiting a year to find the right place to exercise. THIS IS AS GOOD AS IT GETS. Amazing. Cape Coral is not South Beach yet Tina could be the best of the best there too. But instead she enjoys helping folks like me who are middle aged, out of shape and in need of repair. Good thing too, because I need motivation to keep pushing and keep returning. Great class atmosphere, very positive from beginning to end. Non judgmental and encouraging of new comers like me. I am always looking for positives when I think about Cape Coral, and finding Fit and Fun and Tina are certainly a great find. And for those of you in good athletic shape, I am sure that Tina could challenge and help you even more. As a certified personal trainer, I get to see the good and the bad when it come to a fitness facility and their instructors. I have very high standards with a clubs cleanliness, variety of classes, music, and overall smiles on people's faces. Well, I am happy to say that Fit and Fun has exceeded all my expectations. This is a club with a variety of fitness classes along with its trainers modifying the circuit to the many different fitness levels that are attending. The smiles are overwhelming. The instructors, TIna and Susi, are filled with a wealth of information and make you want more once the class is over. Cleanliness.. Music.. Variety of classes.. My 7 year old sun LOVES it. Great workouts for children and teenagers combined with so much fun. When we make our weekend plans, my son begs me to go to Fit For Fun first. This is where he gets rid of all his energy and also gets to meet his friends. Tina, the owner and instructor, is great with kids and her motivation and energy is just contagious. Most important, however, Tina knows what each individual child needs and works on that while working with the whole group. I have never seen a Trainer who can individualize a circuit so that all kids, no matter age and skills, get a great workout without feeling put on the spot. I stay two months in Cape Coral each year and was looking for a gym that equaled the atmosphere of the family owned gym that I attend in Ohio. I found Fit & Fun right up the street and decided to try it out. It exceeded my expectations/ Not only are Tina and Alex wonderful trainers who greet everyone with a smile, but they challenge individuals to be better. The variety of classed offered was wonderful. I was able to attend something different each day and found that I loved the Hot Iron class so much that I continue to follow with the wonderful taped videos that Tina sent me and others to keep up with. Attended my first class at Fit and Fun with Tina today, and all I have to say is "WOW, what a workout"! I absolutely loved it even though I was regretting not having really worked out in the last year (TV remote curls count right?) Tina made the class really fun and took the time to explain each different activity in the workout. She also had some amazing music playing throughout the class. That, along with her encouragement, made it one of the best workouts I've ever done! The studio itself is incredibly, colorful, and fun (hence the name, lol). It has everything you need, and I definitely look forward to taking more classes there. I can't recommend it enough :) read more

I was looking for a place locally for fitness classes but did not want to join a chain. I had driven by Fit + Fun for a long time and finally looked into it and went for a class. I found all ages and levels of people participating and immediately felt comfortable. Tina (and the staff) go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, offer alternatives if you cannot participate in the current exercise and just make it a fun time and make you laugh. Tina is so motivating, great personality and gets everyone going with great selection of music to help forget you are even working out. Fit and Fun is not the usual gym, its more like a personal training session in a small group setting, several different workouts available and excellent,knowelegable trainers. I think Tina is the best personal trainer in Cape Coral. I love her group classes. It's like having a personal trainer at a big box gym price. Tina makes the workout both fun and challenging. Amazing back health stretch workout today. Tina is extremely knowledgeable, she is caring, and she delivers a class that focuses on back health. She gives the client gentle prompts to insure they are in proper body alignment. I highly recommend her gym for any level fitness needs. read more
