I was brand new to the reformer method but I attended a 1:1 session to determine if I could handle it. Thankfully I was so for the last 12 weeks I have learned TONS of new things about my body and the way it works (and sometimes doesn't). Lacie and the other instructors have pushed and prodded my long, tall frame to be better than it was when I arrived. I've had numerous "aha" moments from the instruction that keep me thinking between classes. I am so grateful for the time and energy they've invested in me over these last 3 months. I will definitely return in November and look forward to learning from this amazing studio. This is definitely a studio for EVERY body!

I wanted to tell her that I was just being considerate of my fellow yogies, so they wouldn't waste their time like I had.
