The attention to detail spans from welcoming you with a locker that has your name on it too ponytails and other amenities in the restroom

I have the most incredible experience at CycleBar. I've had at Any fitness studio in years!! Everyone was so incredibly nice and welcoming, they gave me a quick tour and even took the time to write my name on a locker I could use for my first class! For me, it was the incredible attention to detail, the above and beyond kindness showed by the owner herself and every single staff member! They offer ponytails, tampons, their merchandise is of incredible quality and very fairly priced... Overall, I felt so supported and so welcomed for my workout! I can't wait to return to CycleBar might work out really felt like a party... I'm honored to be at Justin second to last class. His affirmations started my day in the most positive and uplifting way... CycleBar Fort Lauderdale it only takes one ride to be addicted!

Of all the cyclebar studios I've visited, the fort laudy studio is my favorite! Took Lindsey's class and it was the perfect energy for a Saturday morning. The studio is clean, and beautiful with brand new bikes and new mural. Highly recommend taking a class!

Do you have a bar where everyone knows your name? I do. And you should too! Cyclebar is not just spinning. It's a full body workout. It's encouragement on the days you just need to hear everything's going to be OK. It's inspiration on days when you want to do better than your best. It's challenging in a super fun way. The instructors I've taken are all baddies! They are so warm, genuine, and keep me motivated with classic and unique song selections (Think Billy Idol vs. The Weekn vs. Aerosmith). The front desk staff have always been friendly, professional, and helpful. They are the best! The studio is very clean. Every so often they'll have local small business or female owned businesses stop by to offer healthy snacks, massages, or cold plunges. There is free garage parking nearby, and there is city street parking as well. It's a female owned business.

CycleBar FTL is AMAZING! From the moment you walk into the studio, the staff is so friendly and welcoming. Scheduling on the app and checking into the studio is a breeze. The instructors are all incredible, fun, and super motivating. Each instructor has a unique style, and you can guarantee awesome music and a fun, sweaty ride. I highly recommend for anyone who wants an awesome workout!

I'm going to start this review by being completely honest: if you're looking for a welcoming place to get good cardio in, you've successfully found it. I have a hard time doing cardio when I'm alone, but after finding Cyclebar, it just changed. No matter what time you go, the instructors are always so interactive and full of energy -- and they'll share it with you! They really motivate you to push through your limits and go beyond. They also have great deals on their LinkTree for memberships, or if you're looking for a no-commitment kind of thing, they also offer drop in rides. I try to get at least one ride per week so it won't clash with my weightlifting part of the week, which is great and makes me feel energized for most of the day. My favorite instructors are Chelsea, Arlene and Justin.

I've spun at many Cyclebar studios around the country, and I have to say this is one is my Favorote. From the high energy instructors, to the super involved owner I could not recommend this business any higher. The studio and bikes are always very clean and there's always an excellent vibe from all the staff members. They do a lot of small things to make it a special place like having scented wet towels after each ride and just making you feel very welcome. Again, I highly recommend Cyclebar Fort Lauderdale for your Spinning needs.

Fort Lauderdale is just one of the many cycle bars (spin classes) popping up in South Florida. To drum up excitement, they (like the Davie location) had decided to give out free classes for ten days which is an awesome way to get people in your doors and hooked on an amazing workout. PARKING Parking initially seemed tricky you me because everything on the street was taken until I realized there is a parking garage directly behind the building. The first few floors are for retail parking which you'll park in. Save your time circling for a spot on the street and go directly to the lot. There is also valet behind Mellow Mushroom if you feel like being fancy before spinning. ARRIVAL Get to your class about 10-15 minutes prior. You check in via an i-Pad. They have numbered bins corresponding with your bike number that you selected when you registered. Once you've checked in and grabbed your shoes you can head to the locker area. What I like about this location is that they have a larger or better functioning locker area than Davie. I didn't feel as claustrophobic in the open locker area as I do in Davie. It has an "L" shape which gives it more space. They have a few individual bathrooms like Davie a well. YOUR BIKE Make sure you set your bike up so it's comfortable for you. Never taken a class before and have no idea what I mean? No worries! Someone will be more than happy to help you there. It takes seconds to set everything up and then all you need to do is to figure out how to clamp your shoes in (which can be difficult your first couple of times) and your set. I've taken class with Brette and she is awesome. I love that it's a tough workout, but it's not one of those workouts where I feel nauseous afterwards. I love feeling like I've accomplished something, but don't like feeling like I pushed myself way beyond my limit. She knows how to get you right to that point! Plus her music choices are pretty great so that always helps take me to a place where I stop thinking about how painful the push is and just focus on the music. Of all the Cycle places popping up I've gotta say, this location and business are my favorite. The staff is great. The workout is amazing. It is most definitely worth checking out ( a few times).

This was my first time at CycleBar anywhere. This location is easy to find and there was plenty of parking. It can either be on the street or in the garage that is used specifically for those using the retail stores. When you first walk in, you are greeted by front desk staff. Again, since it was my first time, I got the first time experience. You check in on their tablets which is located right above the shoe rack- super easy & efficient. You see what bike number you are on, grab your shoes in the matching cubbie hole & off to the locker room. They assigned me a locker & wrote my name on it (being it was my first time) which was really nice- makes you feel welcomed. When class starts, someone is there to make sure that you know how you set up the bike & go over everything you need to know about the class. The instructors are great- super motivating & the music was on point. You really feel like you've accomplished something! The bathroom & amenities are very nice as well- they have water so you can fill up your bottle & the bathroom & showers have things you might need to clean up after such a hard ride (spray deodorant, blow dryer, etc) Great experience at this location!!

I absolutely love this CycleBar location. Spin has always been my thing! I was greeted with so much kindness on my first day at this location which is why I kept on coming back here. I do wish that there was a parking garage because I'm not the best parallel parker! This CycleBar is amazing.

You will definitely walk out sore in the best way. The open windows and natural lighting keep it from feeling like a dungeon, and honestly make you want to work out longer. I've been to a lot of gyms, and this one is absolutely top-tier. The staff is amazing too--there's a lady who walks around cleaning like it's her own home. The place is spotless. And the crowd? Only serious gym rats show up, which keeps the environment focused and legit. Those super low-cost gyms that take anyone just don't compare--they lose that true workout atmosphere. I love my gym!!! I called to ask if they offered a free trial for one day, and the person who answered (I believe it was the owner based on the way the conversation went) said they don't offer one. I had absolutely no problem with that, but the way he responded to my question was unnecessarily rude and condescending. He said, "It doesn't matter if it's your first day, second day, fourth day, or last day, you have to pay," with a pretty dismissive attitude. Obviously, I understand that gyms have policies and I'm completely fine with paying for a membership. It was really just the way the question was handled. Based on that interaction alone, I'm glad I got a glimpse of the customer service before signing up. Dodged a bullet here.

I turn 70 this year. I find the facility to be quite clean for a ten year old gym, despite showing a bit of wear for it's age. There's always someone on the floor cleaning up and restocking the sanitizer and paper towels when I'm there. The staff all seem to be courteous, friendly, and helpful. Having no experience with weight machines, I was fortunate enough to meet Ryan Williams, one of the trainers, on my first visit. After a bit of conversation with Ryan, I hired him to teach me how to properly work out, not just with the equipment, but how to train correctly to avoid injuring myself. He has demonstrated time and again that he's knowledgable with all aspects of his job. Ryan takes the time to listen and understand what my fitness goals are, and guides me to the best course of action in achieving them. He has helped me learn how to eat correctly to support reaching those goals. I would recommend both Crunch and Ryan to anyone considering a gym and trainer. I look forward to working out on the new machines that are slated to be installed this summer.

It's hard to give a low score, but this gym just isn't up to the same standards as other locations…read more First impression, it's in a large plaza next to a soccer facility and a rock climbing gym, so the area has a strong fitness vibe. Parking was easy, with a large lot and no issues there. However, the moment I opened the door, there was a very strong, unpleasant smell. It was hard to ignore and honestly off-putting. I have been to other Crunch locations and have never experienced anything like that. The design of the gym also feels different compared to others. It is very purple, which I personally like, but overall it comes across as a bit dated. The gym just looks plain and doesn't feel like the others at all. I had signed up for a Zumba class, so I went to the front desk to check in. I was simply told I was good to go and to head in. This is the only Crunch location I have visited that did not have me sign in or give out wristbands. I even asked about it, and they said not to worry. The class itself was full, and the instructor was great. That was definitely the highlight and the saving grace of this visit. One other positive was that the group fitness room had a paper towel dispenser. I have not seen that at other Crunch locations, and it was really convenient. I don't understand how none of the gyms offer paper towels in their main gym areas, bathrooms or rooms. It's also worth noting that this location does not have a hot studio for Pilates, yoga, or similar classes, nor does it have a dedicated ride studio for cycling, which is something I have seen and enjoyed at other locations. That said, I do not see myself returning to this location, especially since there are other gyms nearby that offer Zumba classes in a much better overall environment.
