Darren Norris - the guy that in charge of the PT took him 4 days to address my issue and he said the funds will get refunded and I will get a confirmation from the gym . NON OF IT HAPPENED. I used to have planet fitness membership but I cancelled and joined Crunch Fitness. Today served as a reminder why I don't regret this decision and made the right choice to go with Crunch fitness. The employees reminded me of TSA officers at the airport with a stern facial expressions. They required us to take photos and forbid the guest from using other perks like hydromassage chairs. Only for black card members. The equipments at this location were better maintained than the other locations. I wouldn't have an update since I stopped going to planet fitness as of two years ago. But as a guest experience today, I don't think I will recommend this place to others. I will stick to my scrunch fitness membership. This gym has a weird setup of three stories. The parking situation seems a bit ghetto so be prepared to drive on gravel and watch your tires. You can't pay me to return to this location. I will leave it up to other members to enjoy their perks, gym equipments, and ammenities. The men's locker room smelled unclean and cheap body spray like it hasn't been cleaned for a long time. There's a reason why a gym is empty on a weekend.

I thought to myself, "That looks cool, I should go in and ask about training." The rest is history... Renato, the owner sat me down and showed me the whole gym and all it has to offer. He set me up with my trainer Jeff Easton and I will say, he's the best trainer I have ever had! Everyone is friendly with a "Good Morning" upon arrival and it feels like a family. They offer MedSpa, Stretching, Massage/body work and so much more! In just 3 months I have already lost body fat, gained muscle and continue to achieve my goals thanks to Jeff and the entire team!

I turn 70 this year. I find the facility to be quite clean for a ten year old gym, despite showing a bit of wear for it's age. There's always someone on the floor cleaning up and restocking the sanitizer and paper towels when I'm there. The staff all seem to be courteous, friendly, and helpful. Having no experience with weight machines, I was fortunate enough to meet Ryan Williams, one of the trainers, on my first visit. After a bit of conversation with Ryan, I hired him to teach me how to properly work out, not just with the equipment, but how to train correctly to avoid injuring myself. He has demonstrated time and again that he's knowledgable with all aspects of his job. Ryan takes the time to listen and understand what my fitness goals are, and guides me to the best course of action in achieving them. He has helped me learn how to eat correctly to support reaching those goals. I would recommend both Crunch and Ryan to anyone considering a gym and trainer. I look forward to working out on the new machines that are slated to be installed this summer.

Parking was easy, with a large lot and no issues there. However, the moment I opened the door, there was a very strong, unpleasant smell. It was hard to ignore and honestly off-putting. I have been to other Crunch locations and have never experienced anything like that. The design of the gym also feels different compared to others. It is very purple, which I personally like, but overall it comes across as a bit dated. The gym just looks plain and doesn't feel like the others at all. I had signed up for a Zumba class, so I went to the front desk to check in. I was simply told I was good to go and to head in. This is the only Crunch location I have visited that did not have me sign in or give out wristbands. I even asked about it, and they said not to worry. The class itself was full, and the instructor was great. That was definitely the highlight and the saving grace of this visit. One other positive was that the group fitness room had a paper towel dispenser. I have not seen that at other Crunch locations, and it was really convenient. I don't understand how none of the gyms offer paper towels in their main gym areas, bathrooms or rooms. It's also worth noting that this location does not have a hot studio for Pilates, yoga, or similar classes, nor does it have a dedicated ride studio for cycling, which is something I have seen and enjoyed at other locations. That said, I do not see myself returning to this location, especially since there are other gyms nearby that offer Zumba classes in a much better overall environment.

More spacious and class rooms for Mumbai, fitness classes etc. Are bigger and more private. I noticed they have a pickle ball court/area now as well. I had a great workout, however this location does not have a sauna and locker room is a bit outdated. I love my sauna so not having this, was a let down.
