It's nice to walk in every morning and be met with a warm greeting and a smile. This is what you get from Josh at the front desk. Their friendliness and professionalism make every visit enjoyable and motivating. I do feel, however, that the gym could benefit from some updates. With new pieces of equipment and some renovations, Crunch could elevate the experience even further for members. For older members --I'm talking over 70, and there are a lot of them-- can use the elevator instead of stairs. Three weeks ago the elevator was out of service for 5 days. And now-- again-- it's been out of service for almost a full week including the last time I was there, yesterday. There is no excuse for a business that relies on an elevator for members access to the gym, not to keep it good service and to make repairs within 24 hours. I'm paying dues for all services including the elevator. Memberships should be refunded for the reduction in service. James Johnson
