Took my bike here to get mini apes installed. When I got there they said my bars would wiggle because my bushings were bad, wiggle doesn't mean it moves 3 inches in each direction,and went outside.the keys are left in the bikes outside so anybody can walk up. my bike ran perfect when I brought it here, and on the way home I discovered my front brakes are spongey, my turn signals are loose and flying all over and my throttle cable has be be twisted Atleast 15-20% to get any response...currently at Harley get $600 of repairs done. changing bushings, tightening throttle and clutch cables(which were loose) everything was finger tight. What a shit job done by a shop. read more

Been taking my bike here since I bought it a few years ago. I was spectacle at first when looking for a shop to take my bike to since I had never been to one before. I gave this place a shot and have taken it a few times. I have never been disappointed. The workers are cool and also answer any questions along with giving suggestions when needed. Price is right and work has been flawless. Overall I'm happy I found this shop. If you have a scooter, dont take it here. Mine went in for a tune up and came out a slug. I lost my wheely toy. The thing that bothers me is that I got some bogus answer as to why this happened. I wonder what REALLY went wrong. The mechanic said he would get back to me with some solutions (and a quote) as to how to improve the situation they created and never heard anything. $200 bucks spent, and my favorite toy is no more. Took my 03 Vstar in to get the Fork seals replaced. The front right was leaking pretty bad, started eating the paint off the fork itself and started to get to the wheel. Not only did I get a great price on both fork seals (280), when they were done, they cleaned up the forks and hit them with black paint to match the rest!! Definitely not the first time I've taken my bikes here, and definitely won't be the last!! I've gotten my carbs rebuilt, oil and diff fluid changed here. On an old bike, I had the head gasket replaced and carbs tuned.. Always good prices, Always great service!! THANKS DAVE!!! read more

I have a 2011 Husqvarna that wouldn't start so I decided to take it to the dealer to diagnose. I took to carter powersports since they are the husky dealer in town. Two weeks later I am told they don't have the equipment to diagnose it and referred me to eurocycle since they do bmw. I told them that they were first place I called and were referred to them. I go to pick it up and they give me a sheet with some things they noticed that need repair but not why it won't start. They told me the compression of is low, oil is dirty, and chain need replaced. I found the oil dirty as strange as it just had a complete head replacement less than 40 miles ago. I took to cycle tech and they found that the connector for the coil was broke and not connected. Connected it and fired right up. Also noticed that my heat shield on my manifold was missing and the mounting bracket was loose. I went back to carter and told them than it was just the coil connector was broke and that the heat shield was missing. They couldn't find the heat shield and told me it was probably missing when I brought it. Then they told me all they did was put a jumper box on it and when it didn't start they figured to stop since they didn't have equipment to diagnose. So my question is how did they know the oil was dirty and compression low. Very happy that cycle tech is there and honest. read more

went with rims in hand for new tires mount and balance, rates are average ,they change the first tire en 5 min but the guy went to reception and never come back or sent someone else to finish the job , i wait for 30 mins not one help me out or ask me if i was getting help and i was the only one there waiting for the service ...finally i ask someone else and another guy help me out but put the tires backwards, lucky me i notice before leave, at the end they took over an hour for tires change and mounting, even with the wheels off the bike. only reason i went there was because yelp reviews, i rather go back to the shop that use to go before... read more

Even though my fairing was broken while they trying to change my fork, I didn't put effort to review them until the for I have paid roughly $500 for starts leaking again in less than 6 months. I was told by a friend that he's honest but he never told me that he broke my fairing. read more

David did a great job checking out my soft tail chopper after I bought it used and getting it dialed in for me. Took a few days longer that I expected but all the work done with 1st time quality and just the way I wanted it set up (electrical birds nest, cables, grip and pegs). All done at a reasonable price. Don't be scared off by all the crotch rockets in the shop, these guys can also do great work on Harleys. read more
