What terrible service. This shop sold us a product that was not compatible with our bikes. We got home and opened the box to realize it was not compatible. the product was never used. 2 days later and they are refusing to refund because the box is opened. Do not shop here if you are not certain and absolutely do not trust any sales representatives. Unbelievable. I will escalate this as far as I can. read more

Recently bought a Specialized Roubaix from Cycle Neron. Dominique was a real pleasure to work with. One of the wheel sustained some damage in shipping and since I'm in California and Cycle Neron is in Montreal, I was worried about getting the problem resolved. Thankfully, Dominique took care of the problem and promptly shipped out a brand new wheel. It arrived Friday and I took the bike out for its first rides over the weekend. Loving it. First time using a mobile bike repair service and it was perfect…read more Jody tuned up and fixed our bikes from his repair van. Doesn't matter if you live in an apartment he will make it work. Very knowledgeable about bikes so don't be afraid to ask him anything. He is super friendly and all around nice guy. If he can make adjustments without costing you he will gladly do it. You can tell he is passionate about cycling.

Belle boutique avec un beau choix de vélo et d'équipements. Par contre, je trouve les prix beaucoup trop élevés et le service laisse grandement à désirer. À moins d'être un athlète ou quelqu'un qui fait 10 000km de vélo, on ne se sent pas à la bonne place. Le commis est fier de dire qu'il fait 40Km en 1 heure 15 min. et il me demande combien ça me prend de temps à la blague (vraiment???). J'ai 2 jeunes enfants et si j'ai le temps de faire 1000km dans mon année je suis content. Par contre j'aime rouler et le beau stock. Prochain achat de vélo surement pas là. read more
