After having a poor experience at another Polaris dealer, I tried Cycle Max. After one 5 minute phone call with salesman Tyler, all the past wrongs had been corrected. He went out of his way to make purchasing a vehicle as simple and as quick as possible. Tyler was friendly, honest, and extremely patient and helpful throughout the entire process. When picking up the vehicle, it was approaching closing time. Nevertheless everyone we encountered was welcoming and thorough. Owning and operating an ATV is a completely new experience for us; including towing, tie-downs, maintenance etc, as evidenced by us fumbling with loading and securing the ATV. Staff Ritchie came over and instructed us on the proper way to secure a vehicle. Despite it being cold, dark and closing time, he was exceedingly considerate and patient. He was a life saver. Cycle Max is a top tier retailer with exceptional staff members and incomparable customer service, consider us customers for life. Thank you for a perfect experience.

Horrible service and support from Cycle Max, specifically Susan the manager. Purchased a used bike and brought it to them for inspection. When I bought the bike I purchased it (5 days before bringing it to them) with 7700 miles on it. They called me after their inspection and said the bike had 12k miles and needed new spark plugs because of the miles. I was shocked but they sent a picture over showing 12k miles, so reluctantly I did the service. Upon picking up the bike I realized they turned the odometer to kilometers, and in miles the bike actually had 7700, therefore not needing the service. Upon calling and speaking with Susan, she isn't the bike still needed the service from the "visual inspection". She refused to offer any refund at all for the mistake, and swore I got "value" for my service and should be happy. She continued to argue the bike needed plugs because somehow they could see the plugs without taking anything apart at all. Here's my advice, any service place that doesn't know the different between KM and Mi on a dash, and doesn't stand behind their customer experience when they make a mistake, is a place you shouldn't go to.

Awesome people. They can get just about any part for you. Competitive pricing compared to online places.

The sales rep, Rand, was a huge help, giving a lot of great advice on how to decide what to go with.

Buying my V85TT was a pleasant experience. Salesman Mark was efficient and easy to work with, and…read moreowner Mark worked out a fair price with accessories for me. I'm not as happy with the service department. My first few services were uneventful, but the last one was disappointing. I spent almost $1,000 for the 12k service, rear brake pads, state inspection, and mounting of two tires that I brought in with me. 34 miles into my first ride after service I saw a pool of oil on the asphalt when I stopped, and oil splattered all over the right side of the bike and my right pants leg and boot. Brought it back (1.5 hours each way and $50 gas and tolls round trip). Service manager tried to get me to believe that they were suddenly having an issue with *faulty* head gaskets. I knew he was trying to keep the heat off his shop, so I then spoke directly with the mechanic who worked on my bike and he acknowledged that the real problem was improper installation of two o-rings, which is where all the oil leaked from. I understand that any one of us can make a mistake, but I was disappointed that the service manager did not offer some remuneration of the nearly $1,000 that I paid, especially since I had to make an extra (expensive) trip to have them fix their own error. Heck, I didn't even get an apology or an offer of a free oil change. Fortunately for me, a dealer much closer to me has started selling Piaggio products, so I no longer have to make the long drive to this dealership who cannot be counted on.

Every part of my purchase experience was great. I made an appointment with Tracy to test drive a…read moreMoto Guzzi V85TT. When I showed up, the bike was out front and ready. Mark lead me on a great local ride with lots of nice scenery and curves. The negotiations and pricing was easy and fair. I walked in ready to pay cash, but the offer of 0% financing was too good to pass up. I made arrangements to pick up the bike later in the month so they could install some accessories that I wanted. Every person who I dealt with (Mark, other Mark, Jeremy, Cyndi, and Tracy) were genuinely friendly and helpful. My bike was ready when I took delivery, and I was walked through all of the functions of my new bike. If you're in the market for a Guzzi, Aprilia, or Vespa, it's worth the easy drive to check out Motoplex.

J PHILLIPS IS HANDS DOWN THE LAZIEST, WORST TECHNICIAN ALIVE. whoever runs service is a scam artist. whole company is terrible. my dad bought about 8 dirtbikes off the showroom floor when we raced growing up . never had a bad experience until about 2019. everything is about how much they can get out of you with the least service possible
