Great location for price, selection, and knowledgeable staff!…read more Large selection of sizes and colors, and the staff ensures you get the right fit, along with all the accessories. Being vertically challenged (5'2) I struggled to find an adult bike for my height. I found the perfect Hybrid XS step through frame which was exactly what I was looking for. They serviced the bike before I left the store, and it came with 5yrs free servicing. Personal bike mechanic... yes please!! I definitely recommend shopping here... and thx to Zack for being so helpful. Terrible customer service. My husband was looking for a new bike and received a written deal for a…read moreGiant model with specific specs. On the day we went to pick it up, we also decided to buy a bike for me. After trying several options, I finally chose one. All seemed good--until they brought out my husband's bike, which turned out to have completely different specs than what was originally offered. We began discussing alternatives with the salesperson, and my husband started trying other models. Suddenly, the salesperson walked off to the parking lot because a friend of his had arrived. They came inside, but instead of continuing to help us, the salesperson turned his full attention to his friends and completely ignored us, it wasn't just a moment, it was at least 15-20 min, So we left. Thankfully, we then went to a store in Whitby where the experience was completely different. We were warmly welcomed, given clear explanations of so many options, and ended up purchasing two bikes very quickly. That's how customer service should be.

He took the time to answer all my questions (silly ones and all) and was honest in the advice he gave. All of Andy's staff are also helpful and knowledgeable especially Ryan who took the time to help me pick out the perfect bike helmet while Andy was getting my bike ready. Before making the purchase, he asked great questions to determine what type of bike would fit my needs then showed me to those types of models. I was able to ride a couple of bikes to get a feel for the difference and determine which I liked better. In the end I went with the purple 2017 Specialized Vita model in small. It rides so smooth, is comfortable and brings back that feeling of freedom, pure joy and FUN! I had forgotten how amazing it feels to ride a bicycle since I haven't had one in over 25 years!! I'm so looking forward to taking this awesome piece of perfection on the road. If you're looking for a great bike shop to buy a bike or get your bike repaired or serviced, definitely check out The Bike Asylum in Stouffville. You will have an awesome experience with superb customer service!!!

Cj is a nice guy and is good at repairs but I personally have a bad experience at this shop. I…read moreusually would never leave bad reviews but I had to. When I went to the shop he quoted me $120 to change the stem on the scooter also to put the bearing.I also agree on the extra $35 to fix the brakes. Kukirin Canada lied to me and Cj that this scooter doesn't require a bearing but it actually needs one or the scooter is not rideable. Cj agreed to fix everything for $165 but he charged me additional $50 which I didn't approve because it was for no reason. He also refused to send me the receipt for the repairs as I need to sent it to kukirin. After 1 month the scooter broke again like this, I think it's because there was a metal hole drilled on the side. I know Cj and kukirin are friends and now they refused to send me the replacement parts. I tried calling Cj and emailing also and they are not responding. https://www.facebook.com/p/KuKirin-Scooter-Canada-Kugoo-Kirin-100094716665115/ I got the scooter on this website. The g2 and g4 models have a stem issues. Please don't get these scooters as the metal breaks easily. If you can help please leave a bad review on the kukirin Canada website on Facebook. If you have any questions or concerns my phone number is 647-785-4288 so I can send links and pictures for proof. If you have small repairs go to kb shops at Kennedy and Steeles for like repairing tires, brakes, battery charging. It is much cheaper.

I love this place. Had a battery replacement on my EM1 in spring of 2019. They did a great job with…read moremy repair. Biked worked better than new. Only took 2 days. Estimate was the cost. It was perfect. While there I eyeballed the SuperSoco TS1200R. Loved the bike so much, I came back and bought it 3 months later. Sold my EM1. I've been using my Soco now for 4 years. Never had a single issue. Drove the bike all over Southern Ontario. I made sure to have yearly brake tune ups. In the summer of 2022, my SuperSoco was stolen. Heart breaking to say the least. Within 2 weeks, and with a great deal of effort. I was able to find my stolen bike and get it back. The bike had been decimated. The electronics were destroyed. Batteries stolen. Battery tank destroyed. I was crushed. I called Yuri and he immediately got my bike towed from the location it was dumped at to his shop. He did this within a few hours. In the nighttime. On a Friday night. And it only cost me $100.00 . Tow companies were telling me a day or 2 wait and $300.00. Yuri was able to source out all the necessary parts and completely rebuild my SuperSoco to a brand new condition. It was incredible how quickly he acted and how he seemed to take this as a personal thing to himself. Yuri ordered me a new battery. I was even in contact with the suppliers in BC personally and they spoke highly of Yuri. My SuperSoco is still easily one of the best purchases I have ever made. Working with Yuri has been a pleasure. I'm so glad I became his client. I am constantly recommending EP Rider to anyone who talks to me about any kind of electric or pedal assist bike. I also like that Yuri is quick to give all the credit of the quality repair to his head mechanic Phillipe. Every visit I make to the shop, I enjoy shooting the breeze with Phillipe and hear the crazy stories he has to share about the ebike world he operates in. I know this man knows his business. I even make sure to tip him personally because as Yuri tells me. Phillipe is the "talent". Lol. If I could have left this lengthy review on Google I would have. They offer less room in their review options. I'll keep trying g though. Yuri. Thankyou. To the reader. Thankyou for reading this far. You won't regret doing business with EP Rider.
