Therefore you'll be waiting weeks for your product that shows it is to be delivered within a few days. Then when you contact customer service. They just let you know that it will not be shipped out for multiple days and that you will get a email when it is shipped out. Never got an email when it was shipped. And there was a delay. So don't ever waste your time with this company. Horrible customer service, not that smart. So my item was supposed to be delivered Monday. Now it shows probably end of the week. This makes the trip that I had planned ruined for the part to be installed. Buy elsewhere. ! Maybe lay off the cocaine or the weed a little bit. .? I can post a picture from your customer service representative. He told me I would get an email when the item shipped out. That was incorrect also. Got the email saying it was shipped out last week when I ordered it. And that was not correct.

So I went to order some parts and was immediately greeted with issues when trying to check out. I…read morewas unable to even access the checkout page without an error popping up. Customer service was helpful, but essentially gave up and was just going to manually input my order. I was able to checkout on my mobile device. Decided to give the free same day shipping a try since it was an available option. The purchase was scheduled to deliver around 3:30pm and was notified via text message. Received a text message around that time saying that my order delivery had been cancelled. A link was provided to check the status and the link went to Doordash. This company uses Doordash to deliver their products... food delivery services are extremely unreliable and I figured they utilized their own drivers since they already have their own employees delivering parts all day. So it looks like my dasher probably cancelled. Fast forward to about 7 pm. Receive a notification that my order will be delivered around 6:30 pm... I will repeat, I received a notification stating my delivery would show up AFTER the scheduled delivery time and the item wasn't even delivered. A door dasher then sends me a text message asking for the address. I think this is strange but give him my address. He informs me that he needs the address to the STORE. Why the heck do I have to provide this? Do you not pass this onto your door dashers? So the only address I was provided from my late text messages is the main street name. My city is setup on a grid system so a single street name isn't very helpful. I had to go and look up the address for this place and provide it to him; hoping that this was the right address. He cancelled and said another dasher will pick it up. Great, so I call the store to try and resolve this; at this point I am willing to just pick my order up. Guess what, the store is already closed. Another door dasher messaged me to inform me that the store was closed as well. I told her not to worry about it. I spoke with customer service and was able to cancel my order. I ended up just picking up the order from a different store in person. What a joke. Your website services are terrible and your business model is terrible. Really, using Door dash? Not providing addresses to Door dashers and requiring me to guide them on how to handle their "job" for delivering orders. What a joke of a company. Your customer service representatives were surprisingly helpful and is the only reason I would ever "consider" buying from you again but I will always go out of my way to shop at O'Reilly's from here on out.

I went in to buy a couple parts, and kid behind the counter was in a foul mood. He went to look up the first part and claimed he couldn't find it and said it was probably special order, so I then gave him the part number and lo and behold they had it. The kid then went to go find the part only for it to be in the wrong spot apparently. He snapped at me because I corrected him on the name of the part. After that whole ordeal the second part I had him look up he claimed they didn't have either. He showed me the screen only for me to point out that he incorrectly filtered the category to connector when I was looking for a sensor. He visibly became even angrier. It's not my fault you don't know how to use your computer, a trained dolphin could do a better job. I then asked about the return policy and he angrily told me that if it has any kind of dirt, oil or damage I won't be able to return the parts, and don't go setting them on fire. I honestly should have walked out and not bought anything and went to one of the 2 auto parts stores next door.

They constantly make suggestions that I'm wrong about my car. I'm not wrong, I do research. My first experience they kept telling me I didn't need a tool, which was absolutely vital to the work on my car. They kept saying "Oh no, you don't need that, trust me," after going back and forth for a good 5 minutes I had to show them a picture I took before they would believe me. So glad I took it too! A year later, that part I purchased needs to be replaced under manufacture warranty. I knew this because of the way my car was driving and when I had it with my mechanic, they confirmed that it needed to be replaced. Knowing that it's still under warranty, they told me I should go to the place I got them from and get new ones. Surprise surprise, they question me about if it reallllly needs to be replaced. I'm not sure if I can use curse words to explain these guys, but they're so frustrating to work with. Very disrespectful. I would suggest that no woman shop at this store. Next time I'll try Auto Zone next door.

I had just moved to Omaha from Denver. I was and still am running a Power Vision (PV) tuner. I had…read morea great tune and had just purchased a power vision module to download the existing tune on. I first contacted Cycle Dynamics via email and John responded to my request saying "So I'm sure it will be more of a simple tune. We normally do 350 flat rate but I'll do just 100 an hour on the Dyno unless we get over 4 hours which i doubt" I agreed to this as I was only looking for an update using my current tune. I informed them that I want my original tune saved. I emphasized keeping the tune to the extent that the technician (Chad) who was actually going to do the tune knew. John then took the bike for a test ride to see how the bike rode. John later told me as we were causally talking about my bike that when he was taking my bike on the test ride he "wheeled my bike almost to the balance point." At this time I was a little thrown off that he wheeled my bike without asking first. I was told the bike would be done the next day by the end of the day. John mentioned that he might keep the bike for an extra day so he can do the tune when the temperature is ideal for tuning. Mid day the next day I called and was told I would be called back. The end of my working day came and still no call, I called back again to have John answer and say they had been on the phone with DynoJet all day and were unable to process the bike until the next day. I told John I will plan to be there the next day at around 1715 to pick up the bike. I told him to let me know if anything changes. The next day I took an Uber and was dropped off at Cycle Dynamics. I was informed that not only was my bike putting out 11 less horsepower and 8 foot pounds of torque less than what the original tune was putting out (the original tune was done in Denver), but that they also had not been able to save my original tune to my device. I was then told they had not done a test ride, but ready to go. When I asked John what I owed him he said, "well we agreed to $350, we spent all day on this thing" I figured he would work something out due to his shops negligence in deleting my "good tune" and the fact that he completely neglected the idea to call and inform me of this serious work discrepancy. I paid the bill to get my bike out. The ride home was the most frustrating ride I have ever had. Absolutely no power where I had it before, and decal pops were guaranteed during any phase of riding. My bike was literally shooting fire when I was riding it. I told John I want my money back for the unrequested service. I sent John an email and then had to call him the next morning to see if he had received it. He had, but he told me that it was not his fault that things were going so poorly. I asked for a refund and he told me he would have to think about it and get back to me the next day. He could not see why any of this was his shops fault. After a few days without a call from John I called Cycle Dynamics again to have the phone answered by Chad the technician who did the tune. I told him it was a bad tune and he wanted to make it right. I respected him and his promise to make it right. He then gave his word as a man that he would give me a refund the next day under the condition that when I get my original tune back on the bike that I will bring my bike back for the service that was originally promised by John Harter. I told him the only way I would use their services again is for them to pay me my money back and then when I felt comfortable and had my tune back on the bike I would allow them to do my tune again for the original quoted price guidelines. We both agreed and he then told me to drive by the shop the next day to receive my refund. The next day came and I was told at the door that I would not receive my refund by Chad the guy who gave me his word. As the conversation continued John Harter said that the reason they didn't call me to inform me that my tune was deleted was because " they knew I would cancel the service and they already had too much work in it to lose money on it" They offered me $100 refund. I told them I was there for my full refund and that I came in good hopes to reestablish the relationship, I told them to think on it and get back to me. Not even 5 minutes after I left they emailed me informing me his decision not to issue the refund was final. My argument was that the work I requested was not done as described. I specifically said I want a touch up of my original tune for the altitude difference. Once they managed to lose my tune they actively decided to create a new tune on my bike without my consent. I had not received one phone call from Cycle Dynamics in regards to any servicing discrepencies on my motorcycle. I cannot knowingly ride my bike with the tune Cycle Dynamics forced on my bike. John Harter the owner of Cycle Dynamics is an amazingly awful businessman. Only a matter of time before this shop goes Belly up.
