Told the guy I wanted to return one and he said, "Wish you had told me before I finished ringing them through. Now I have to wait an hour while the sales makes its way through the system." He went to look up the first part and claimed he couldn't find it and said it was probably special order, so I then gave him the part number and lo and behold they had it. After that whole ordeal the second part I had him look up he claimed they didn't have either. I then asked about the return policy and he angrily told me that if it has any kind of dirt, oil or damage I won't be able to return the parts, and don't go setting them on fire. My first experience they kept telling me I didn't need a tool, which was absolutely vital to the work on my car. They kept saying "Oh no, you don't need that, trust me," after going back and forth for a good 5 minutes I had to show them a picture I took before they would believe me. So glad I took it too! A year later, that part I purchased needs to be replaced under manufacture warranty. I knew this because of the way my car was driving and when I had it with my mechanic, they confirmed that it needed to be replaced. Knowing that it's still under warranty, they told me I should go to the place I got them from and get new ones. Surprise surprise, they question me about if it reallllly needs to be replaced. I'm not sure if I can use curse words to explain these guys, but they're so frustrating to work with. Very disrespectful. I would suggest that no woman shop at this store. Next time I'll try Auto Zone next door.

Prices are very competitive and they will be honest about generic vs name brand items if you are feeling that cost-phobia.
