I ordered timing belt and oil change kit. The status on Oil change kit turned to shipped. I didn't receive the item for more than a week. I checked with their team on the chat option, and they said they are waiting for the timing belt from Italy, and they will ship all together. Finally, after 3 weeks I got the package and only the timing belt came. I checked with the team, and they said that was a mistake at their side and they will send it the same day and gave me a tracking number in my email. After 5 days the label was showing status of label created only and no delivery date. I checked with them again and now they are telling me the shipment might got damaged on the way and UPS didn't inform them. I am waiting for a month for an oil change. I will never ever shop here. So irresponsible and unprofessional. read more

I ordered parts from Ducati Omaha on July 10 via their website. No where on their website does it reveal whether parts are "in stock" or not. You can't determine this information until after you pay. I was shocked to find that Zero of the Five parts I ordered were in stock for a 2008 Ducati Monster. Even common parts like air filters and timing belts are not kept in stock. So Ducati Omaha had to order everything from Italy and estimated "5-7 days." Then, they sent me an update stating it would be 10-11 days... now my parts are due to arrive on July 28. 18 days? This is ridiculous in 2020. I tried to cancel my order on July 13, but Ducati Omaha told me they would charge a 30% restocking fee if I cancelled... Restocking what? They had Zero parts in stock! Needed a new rear tire for my xsr900 and went to ducati of omaha and as a diabetic i was very impressed with the precautions that were taken to prevent the spread of corona virus. They were all profesional and took thier time to do the job right and did not charge me an arm and a leg. By far the only place i will be taking any of my motorcycles in the future. read more

I ordered a specific set of bolts for my 07 Ducati 1098. After trying to use the website which does not have pics of any kind for some parts, and does not tell you if they are in stock or not, I spoke to a person in parts and told them my specific needed part. They gave me the new part # and placed the order. The wrong color part(needed black fairing bolts and they sent silver fairing bolts?) was sent. After calling back they then said actually they have a few different color bolts for that part #. The color I need is not in stock so they just sent what they wanted instead of what I ordered/needed. I have had my 2018 XDiavel S serviced twice now at this location. First one was my 600 mile and the 2nd my Termi, my after market radiator guards, and air filter. Been also told me and got me the handle bar spacer I was looking for and installed as well. Five stars hands down!! If I could award more I would. Ben back in service is awesome! Where to start? Why not with the personal service you'll receive when you walk through the front door. I'm a continuous customer and have witnessed a friendly greeting to everyone who enters. No pressure on sales; nor is there any need as the bikes and scooters sell themselves. The folks at Ducati Omaha are very knowledgeable of their products and accessories, and if they don't have it, can get it in a matter of a few days. The service department knows how to take care of their customers also, and can work on any make of bike, not just Ducatis. I thought they were generally okay, but you need to be highly in doubt if their website information is accurate, such as shipping durations, lost in mail remedy and shockingly the part number in the diagrams on their website listed for Ducati brand and model was inaccurate from my experience. So, I had to return the part and wait for another weeks, while it was already had been delivered a few weeks later than they claimed originally, for the parts to get delivered from Italy. If the staff only admitted that it was their mistake and they should correct and improve it, and just said sorry and suggested decent remedy for the customer, I would not have posted this review here. But I think customers deserve better. The staff never expressed apologies and continued blaming their Ducati partner in Italy to provided them inaccurate part number and diagram and kept blaming shipping companies and international custom. It's just very distasteful how he only pushes his responsibility to others and can't connect with customer who is in trouble due to their below par service quality.... read more

I live in Chicago, but I have worked with Ducati Omaha to source parts for a panigale that mainly lives on the track. I have nothing but good things to say of this dealership. When things go smoothly it is hard to differentiate between vendors....but when they dont the true colors come out. Waiting for a ducabike part they did not have in stock is where I saw how attentive and dedicated they are. The amount of time they invested in keeping me informed and coordinating a delivery probably put the sale of the part at a loss...but I never felt like they put the order aside or they cut their losses and wrote me off as a lost customer. I've been a customer of Ducati Omaha for a little over 2 years now and want to share my positive experience. I have purchased 2 bikes from them in that short time and had quite a bit of service. I have worked with Jarel, Matt, Tim, Gabe and Jen for sales, service, and parts. The whole crew has been nothing but helpful along the way. Jarel and Tim helped me purchase and design my 1199S track bike. Gabe put it all together. Matt coordinated repairs to the bike after a little mishap at COTA and made sure I didn't miss any track time in the short weeks following. Jen has been awesome and very responsive when I have needed parts for many of my Ducs. In short this is a small business and has made me feel as part of their family. These guys are a joke. If I were DNA, I'd question the impact these guys are having on my brand. I ordered a Ducati Dark Armor jacket from them on Black Friday. Their servers go down, they lose all order data, and decide to wait two weeks before notifying me. First off, really? No backup servers? Supposedly all my personal information was kept secure...but when Uncle Buck from Florida starts charging up my CC at the Gator Shack I'll know who to thank. Second off, two weeks to notify me? If they had just notified me when their servers went down, I could've ordered the jacket when it was still on sale elsewhere. I will say that they had no problems sending the charge through immediately though, so they are prompt at some things. The charge actually closed on my CC statement, even though I was still being kept in the dark as to what was actually going on. After re-sending my order information they inform me that Ducati North America does not have the item in stock, even though the jacket was listed as in stock right on the Ducati USA website (It's actually still in stock right now). Awesome. I was offered a "deal" on another jacket, except they had no other riding jackets in stock on the new website I was referred to. I received no response from them after stating that they had no other riding jackets listed on their new site and had to have my CC company issue a chargeback. Delightful customer service. If you're out of state like me, do yourself a favor and give your business to a real Ducati dealership, AMS Ducati or MotoCorsa. My daughter got into a scrape with someone riding his new 2016 Multistrada 1200S. I wanted to get some information on parts, and a friend suggested contacting Ducati of Omaha. Jennifer replied to me within minutes and was *extremely* helpful in providing information. In the end, it seems she's going to help us save some money by identifying just the necessary parts, and she even suggested that I look for a local shop so use since the local shop would install the part, too. This is a tough review. I recently moved to Omaha (military). I have a 14' 899 Panigale, which I love. Anyway, at about 3k I needed a new rear tire, which I got at my shop back in SoCal. Front seemed fine, and my last bike would use two rears for each front. A few hundred miles later, I realized I needed a new front tire as well. No big deal, but I had to move before I could get it done. When I got to Omaha, I needed help unloading my bike from my truck, because I don't have a ramp. I called Ducati of Omaha, figuring they wouldn't have a problem helping me out. Initially the guy on the phone didn't want to help unless I was getting some work done. I told him I'm going to be here for three years, so I'm probably going to get some work done. He told me to swing by and they would help me. I came by a few hours later and a couple techs eventually brought a ramp out to help me unload. I tried to make small talk, like one does at motorcycle shops, but they weren't friendly at all. They did let me use their ramp, so that's why the get the two stars. Fast forward. A few months after I got here, I decided to get a new front tire. I checked Amazon for the tire I needed and before I ordered I called the shop to see what their installation cost would be. They told me, and I asked if they would price match. I rather support a local business, but not at a 30% mark up. They said they would price match, and I told them what tire I needed. They said they had it, so I made an appointment and brought my bike in. While I had it in, I decided to get the oil changed. I waited while they did the work. Conversation felt scripted. I wanted to talk bikes, and all the salesmen wanted to talk about was going track days at a local track that they seem to have a stake in. They finally told me my bike was ready. It was timely. As I paid the guy, I asked about the military discount for the service. He said that was just for some parts. The Ducati of Omaha banner in the base gym says military discount for sales, parts, and service. Whatever, at least I got a price match on the tire. Or so I thought... When I walked out to the bike I immediately noticed the wrong tire mounted. It was a cheaper, different compound tire than the rear. I pointed out the error and said: "wrong tire, dude." To which the tech said: "it doesn't matter." I told him it did matter and to switch it. He said he didn't have any of the tires I wanted. I asked him to order the one I want, and keep my bike, or put the old tire back on and call me when my tire comes in. Miraculously he found the tire I wanted and put it on. Honest mistake? Maybe, but probably not. I was crystal clear about what tire I wanted. They threw a cheaper tire on, thinking I wouldn't notice. Also, if you don't give a military discount, don't advertise it on base. Update: The banner claiming military discount is no longer in the base gym read more

I needed an alternator cover bearing for my M900 Monster. I called before ordering. They said it was out of stock and would have to come from Italy. This surprised me because it was just a stock SKF bearing. Nonetheless, I placed the order. About one week later (after three order status emails) the bearing arrived - very nicely packaged too. Went there to purchase a bike (a used Duc or a new M1100), and had cash in hand. After asking if i could test-ride the used bike, i was told no, i needed to "come back some other time", since they were too busy. After that exchange i was completely ignored, and finally left. I will not be going back there, nor will i be buying a Duc in the future. read more

Unfortunately the only Ducati gig in town. Had them perform service on my 748 numerous times to include a 6000 mile interval service. Not cheap and about 20 miles down the road the fuel pump failed (they also put no less than 4 "Ducati of Omaha" stickers on my bike) Later learned from other Ducati dealerships after I moved from the Omaha area (Beverly Hills Ducati and DucShop of Atlanta) that the pervious valve adjustment was done incorrectly and even the air cleaners were put in backwards (left filter in the right snorkel and vise versa). On a separate occasion they installed a Termigoni exhaust and when I got the bike back it looked like a 3 year-old put it on. Exhaust canisters were not straight. Unbolted them myself and aligned them in my own garage. Finally they mounted a new front tire and mangled the powdercoat. Total botch job!!! If you care about your bike it may be worth the drive to Des Moines or Kansas City. read more
