He kept me informed from the time my mowers were picked up to the time they were dropped off about a week later. One of the main reasons I selected T and J was because they could pick up my mowers and return them since I do not own a truck or trailer. The other reason was supporting small businesses. I appreciated the personal care Travis took with each of my mowers and explained everything he saw while completing the maintenance. I then had him fix both tires and drove the bike to Denver. The bike road really weird so when I got to Denver I took it to a shop. The people in Denver told me that the bolts that hold the brakes on we're fingertight the bolts that hold the axle on weren't tightened properly the spacer plate for the rear axle was put in backward in the entire rear axle had tweaked sideways. I called the guy to tell him about this so that he wouldn't do it again. I wasn't even angry I was just concerned about other people safety and he started screaming at me and then hung up on me.

Let's start that I came in with the intentions to purchase a bike. To get any information in regards of the bikes I was looking and comparing I had to flag someone down when I finally settled on a bike. They had sold it while I was discussing it with a salesperson. They had me put a deposit down for an incoming bike with Sales Manager Billy, who stated "We will contact you contact you as soon as the bike comes in which should be early April." I received no call no update. I placed a call towards mid-late April requesting an update which turned out. They have the bike in the box sitting there and they will get to it next. Was they told "We will call you back when it built and ready for next steps." Again by Billy. Never received the call now we are in May so I called again trying to get an update just to be told "we sold the bike. The deposit was only good for 30 days." And that they will look into ordering another bike and will get back to me" and again did not get back to me and furthermore was never told that the deposit was only going to be for 30 day. (Those 30 days literally passed in just waiting to get updates) . llater into the week come in person to discuss this and get told by Scott " we will not be receiving anymore of the bikes you put on the deposit for the rest of 2025 since no one nearby has the bike either....So options are to look at something else" or drop the sale. Quick call and a dealer nearby has the exact bike I was looking at here. So I requested my deposit back to which I'm told "we will have to get back to you with the deposit on Tuesday, as I don't have anyone to cut a check today". I assume I will need to chase this down as well as they are already notorious for not getting back to me as well never asked for my name or number. Update: Funny how they say the biggest delay was financing when they never once contact me. I was the one calling for said updates about anything. This is even after Billy had said "I'll call you back for next steps". Additionally I was never told the hold would be for 30 days and was never given a call that the 30 days was coming to an end. As for the deposit, we were given it back when we went back on Tuesday after being told "the check guy is out, we will just refund it to the card" so why couldn't this be done in the first place. And yes, I will definitely take my business elsewhere.

They were able to service our bikes in a real timely manner and to our liking. We did have an issue with the back brake on a bike and had to take it back and it was a slight oversight but they quickly corrected and my husband got a tshirt out of it so I think he's extremely happy, he hasn't really taken it off since. We;re ready for our summer rides now. If you need help from bike experts, these are your guys.

I checked with their team on the chat option, and they said they are waiting for the timing belt from Italy, and they will ship all together. Finally, after 3 weeks I got the package and only the timing belt came. I checked with the team, and they said that was a mistake at their side and they will send it the same day and gave me a tracking number in my email. After 5 days the label was showing status of label created only and no delivery date. I checked with them again and now they are telling me the shipment might got damaged on the way and UPS didn't inform them. I am waiting for a month for an oil change. I will never ever shop here.
