Box had oil stains. I remember $ was surprisingly low. But i was ignorant of diff brand pricing, quality etc. I called & thier response was nothing they can do past 1 yr warranty. i tried 2 ask why oil plug was either welded shut or goop like epoxy. So i couldn't even refill it. Come to find out, & unknown2 me at the time, it APPEARS it was used returned jack.. I NEVER KNOWINGLY Purch ANYTHING USED, OPEN BOX, REFURBISHED. I went2 another AutoZone, recently 2 see, they had a tiny sign used, but I'd have noticed if it had been there at other store, bcuz i gave leaking non functional used once, jack 2my neighbor & told him fix it it's yours. He did fix it!! I asked how'd he get the plug open. He said plug was elsewhere on jack. He Offered 2 give back but i couldn't go back on my word. He restaited give back - I said no but loan it to me abt once a yr. He agreed. In short all the other store had2 do was look at it. HOWEVER They don't sell jack oil :-( or so guy at store said. I'm guessing 1st owner somehow intentionally or unintentionally loosened oil plug or worse it comes loose by itself. Guy at store said seals go bad after yr or 2 & they don't sell the seals either? I haven't checked if any of that (oil or seals) is true. No intention of purch any thing significant frm them again, convenience only. Also chngd rating frm 1* to 2.5can't do 2.5 so 2. If U plan to purch frm AutoZone MAKE SURE It's NEW, & they sell maintenance type items 4 that product, seals, specialty oil, screws, nuts or bolts, hinge pins, wheels, specialty batteries, battery door covers, specialty funnel, handle, ETC OR Name of someone you can obtain those items

Went in to get the pressure changed in the tires on my little truck. They hook it up to a cool…read moremachine that takes the tires to the correct pressure and stops. I asked them to check the pressure in the spare under the bed and set it to the same pressure as the other 4. He asks wouldn't I rather set it to the max pressure?(60#) I've done tire repair dating back to 1988. I politely tell him no set it like the rest. He crawls under the truck then tells me the pressure is to low for his fancy machine and it won't air up the tire. He tells me if I get the tire out from under the truck they can put it in the cage and air it up there. Umm... No! Instead I took the truck over to the air pump at Walmart and paid to put 40# of air in my tire. Sometimes simple is better and my time is valuable.

This was the best class I could've ever asked for. Both instructors took extended amounts of time making sure every single person in the classes received individual constructive feedback. The 101 course involves hours of practice riding and learning the feel of a motorcycle, as well as several hours in a classroom understanding riding and driving. It was the most thorough course of training, learning, riding, understanding, observing, and feeling everything motorcycle related. They're very passionate about making sure you feel ready and safe to own, ride, and operate a motorcycle. I would LOVE to take the 102 course once I get my Harley motorcycle to advance my skillset and understand how my motorcycle operates. Thank you to High Desert Harley, your team is extraordinary! ‍ Learn: motorcycle terminology, parts, start, stop, operating, sharp turns, larger turns, u-turn, blinkers, turn from stop, acceleration, deceleration, fast stop, slow stop, and much much more!

It's like an addictive chemical they put in my cereal every morning. So when I got a new truck I had a list of parts in no time flat. Enter 4wheel parts! I went in and found they were having a cyber monday sale. Got a killer deal on wheels and tires, threw in a lift and shocks and the price was surprisingly competitive with any online vendors and install was included to boot. The install was great, the time they took with me to put together a package that I loved and worked with my budget was refreshing and much appreciated as well. The wait time for parts was all held up by lug nuts which was a bummer cause you always get antsy about getting your rig finished but besides that I was very pleased with the entire experience. The only point of criticism was the inside of my truck was left in shambles looking for my wheel key, but the truck looks amazing so it was forgivable. Overall very happy with 4wheel parts. Knowledgable staff, full install and alignment services, I'm glad we have a boise location and always try and support them when I can to keep this great local resource alive and i think you should to.
