If you want salespeople who won't give you the time of day, this is the place. Rude and pretentious. No thanks!

The bad reviews mystify me. Everyone has been polite and respectful when I have come here. Yes,…read morethis is a high-end bike dealership attached to the Harley and Indian shops. I doubt you will get a "deal" here if that is what you are looking for. Yes, shop rates are high, $142 an hour, and they don't charge for actual labor but set rates for jobs based on estimated time. They probably win some and lose some doing it like that, but I liked knowing exactly how much it would cost. You also have to use their dealer network, which is pricey. Recently had my 2016 Triumph Rocket 3 worked on: tires $1100. Could I have gotten them for a bit less elsewhere? Sure. But this is a specialty bike, and I was willing to pay a few hundred extra to be sure. They did some other work, notably a Power Commander and K&N air filter combo, and the bike purrs like a kitten now. The low-end hesitation is gone, and it pulls noticeably better at all revs and speeds. This is more like a four based on unusually high prices, but I'm giving it a five star to compensate for the nonsensical one-star reviews.

Salesman spent a lot of time suggesting he would offer us a discount since it had been in inventory a very long time. Then he gave us a price of MSRP plus numerous tack-ons bringing price to over $15,500 for a $13,000 bike. We started to walk out and he called us back saying we could have it for $10,000 right then. I said that was quite attractive, but we would have to consider it overnight. Called back to accept his offer the next day and he said he wasn't serious; just wanted to see our reaction. What a d__k! Bought a BMW F900XR instead. Better Bike, Better deal. Actually, I should thank them for being jerks!

Recently, I had it serviced in preparation of a nine day long motorcycle trip and it was a complete disaster. Had a front brake job. Nothing was torque to spec. Many bolts were hand tightened. So this put me in a very dangerous situation. So overall, I would say it would have to drop to a 2 1/2 stars

Each time I have come here, a member of the staff has come right out to greet me, whereas at other dealerships around town I have walked around the place for a few minutes until somebody even notices I am there. The salesman this time, Matt, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the bike I was interested in, and, unlike some of the other dealers, this one is happy to let you test drive the bike you are interested in, rather than making you jump through hoops to do so. If I want to spend this kind of money, I expect to be able to test out the ride! Of course, it is helpful if you like Indians or Triumphs (they also may have other brands in their used inventory), but this review is about the dealer itself. Once I decided that I was interested, they worked with me to get a deal done in an efficient manner, and their manager and finance team were very easy to work with, whether I was seeking financing or not. Both times I have bought, I have traded in a used bike, and neither time did they attempt to lowball me, which is very much appreciated. I have also used them for all of my servicing needs, and have never had an issue. In sum, I'd highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a new Indian or Triumph (or one of the used bikes on their lot).

And we purchased extra insurance to ensure all the appliances for $20,000. We have owned five beautiful RVs in our life time. We under stand RV problems well. When we looked at the RV we purchased the water heater would not work. It took the technician. Many attempts to get it to work. We took the RV on a two week trip immediately upon purchasing the vehicle. The hot water heater never worked one time. It will turn on and off and on and off and the light on the hot water heater switch will blink constantly. We tried everything possible. When we took it to Dennis Dillon for Repair, they charged us and told us that they couldn't duplicate the problem. We took the vehicle on another trip for three weeks and never had hot water same exact issues. We paid hundreds of dollars to have a technician that worked for the actual hot water heater company to come out and tell us what codes were being pulled telling you what was wrong with the hot water heater something Denison can't and won't do . You can't wash your dishes and you can't bathe. When we return to Denison, we had to pay again for them to look at it and tell us they couldn't duplicate the problem. We then took it on a five day trip and never had hot water once and had the exact same issue of it turning on and off and did not have hot water. Dennis Dillon then told us that it was the valve on the propane tank and that it was fixed. We currently are on a weeklong trip and just arrived at our RV site to find out. We don't have hot water and it still turns on and off and on and off and we can't wash our dishes or bathe. I would not recommend anyone ever purchase an RV from Dennis Dillon. And I say that knowing that I drive two vehicles with Dennis, Dillon license plate plates and an RV with a Denison license plate. My Jeep alone, cost almost $60,000. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on out if they can ever repair the hot water heater that I have now been charged for three times.
