Incredible people to work with! I recently bought my new Volvo from Z Auto Sales and the whole…read moreexperience was great start to finish. While buying my new car, they were efficient, helpful, and went above and beyond throughout the whole sale. They even had my car serviced and detailed before I picked it up. After I bought my car, they sold my old car for me too, and provided consistent sale updates, which made the whole process so much easier. They had the most excellent communication and were always ready to help and answer questions. Great, reliable business. Thank you Z!

Upon starting the vehicle up, a terrible clicking noise was come from the engine and before she could even say anything he explained how that was, "normal." After she displayed her concern he then told her a bold face lie that the vehicle was still under manufacture warranty and she could just go get it fixed after she bought it however the manufacturer warranty had expired at the beginning of the year. When she called him out on the expired warranty his response was, "oh, actually I think the original owner bought an extended warranty!" Doing the absolute most to sell this broken ass car at any cost. Would not recommend doing business with these guys.

I held off on writing this review for some time to let the whole situation play out. Its easy to…read morewrite a review when things go easy. This was not one of those situations. However, the experience I got from the staff and management of High Desert Harley Davidson was well beyond what I could have reasonably expected or hoped for. Strap in , this is gonna be a long story. In late July of 2026, I decided it was time to trade in my 2006 Electra Glide Classic and bring myself into at least the 2009 touring frame reconfiguration and a bigger motor than the Twin Cam 88. I settled on a 2011 Road Glide Ultra in Sunglo Merlot. I had never owned a Road Glide before and wanted to, but I needed the rear seat and tour pack for riding with my wife. So the 2011 RG Ultra fit the bill. It was reasonably priced for the low mileage it had on it (approx. 12,750) and the color was gorgeous. The financing and trade in process was smooth (Thank you to Sox, Brian and Jeff) and within a couple hours I was riding my new land barge home. I got home, set the bike in the garage and waited for a few hours before it was time to head to work. I went out into the garage to mount my new iron steed, and found a puddle. It's always distressing when you have just made a purchase of a new to you vehicle and you come out hours later to find a problem. I called into Harley and asked what could be done. Now when I bought this bike, because of the age I was not offered a warranty as it was outside the time. I understood that, but hoped everything would be good. The sales manager Brian told me to bring it into the service department as soon as I could, and so I did the next morning. As I dropped it off for its primary leak, I was assured by a gentleman named Greg in the service department that the General Manager, funnily enough also named Greg, that they would be covering the cost of the repair as a show of good faith. They didn't have to do that, but they did. So about 5 days goes by and they informed me my land yacht was ready for pickup. I raced down to the dealership like a fat kid headed to a candy store. I got there and there she was, pristine and glowing in the sunlight. It fired right up and away I went home to pretty much repeat the same process as last time, wait to head to work. As I was waiting, seemingly about every 20 minutes I'd run out to the garage and look near the primary, and everything was dry. Perfect I thought, this little hiccup is over and now I can get to riding her around. I took her for her first commute and man, what a blast that bike was. I had never had a bike with electronic cruise control or Vance and Hines Big Radius exhaust before and let me tell ya, it was an experience. The Twin Cam 88 has nothing on the 103. I arrived to work in style and a thunderous noise and many (jealous) stares of coworkers, and something told me to look at the primary cover. When I looked down, there was the leak again, not nearly as bad as the first time, but still dripping away. I called into the service department and asked to speak to Greg and was connected pretty much immediately. I explained the situation and he told me to bring it in again first thing the next morning. I did so, and was informed that again, GM Greg had instructed them that High Desert Harley Davidson would be covering the repair. While upset that my bike was back in the shop for the second time in two weeks, I was pleased that High Desert would again be trying to make it right. This time, it was about 9 days in the bike ICU, and I got the bike back with an assurance that it would no longer leak. They were absolutely right. I took it home and again, proceeded to my ritual of waiting to go to work and checking on it every 10-15 minutes like it was a baby with a fork in a room full of light sockets. No leak. Rode it to work and no leak. Well now I thought, the issue is fixed. Is riding smooth, the pipes are barking their tone, and all is well. I rode it to work a couple times when the heat allowed (im fat, I overheat easily). Everything seemed to be going well. Then enter Monday the 17th of this month. I was all set to take my wife on her first ride with it. Long story short, It developed the worst grinding noise ive ever heard and I trailered it home. I called high desert, and GM Greg cut me an awesome deal on a 2015 Ultra Limited, where not only did he give me the full trade in value of the purchase price, but some on the top. Thank you to the staff of High Desert HD, for showing that I can be expected to be treated like family when things are good, and especially when the chips are down. Y'all have made a customer of me for life. Much like Arnold in Terminator 2 on that Fat Boy, Ill be back. Id add more detail to the end of this review like I did at the beginning, but the original one I wrote made Yelp run out of room.

The staff was knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions and make sure I found the right motorcycle for me. You can tell the people here genuinely love Harley-Davidson and motorcycles. The whole experience was professional, relaxed, and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend High Desert Harley-Davidson to anyone looking for a new bike, a used bike, or just a dealership with a great group of people. I'll definitely be back!
