Fair pricing for quality work is hard to find, and that's what you get here. Picked it up yesterday and took it for a ride that reminded me why I've been riding for four decades. Best ride in a long time. If you've got a bike that needs real work done right, take it to Pro Power. You won't regret it.

I recently completed the Learn to Ride 101 class at High Desert Harley Davidson (Boise, ID). I…read morestarted the class with no prior experience with a motorcycle. This was the best class I could've ever asked for. Both instructors took extended amounts of time making sure every single person in the classes received individual constructive feedback. The 101 course involves hours of practice riding and learning the feel of a motorcycle, as well as several hours in a classroom understanding riding and driving. It was the most thorough course of training, learning, riding, understanding, observing, and feeling everything motorcycle related. They're very passionate about making sure you feel ready and safe to own, ride, and operate a motorcycle. I would LOVE to take the 102 course once I get my Harley motorcycle to advance my skillset and understand how my motorcycle operates. Thank you to High Desert Harley, your team is extraordinary! ‍ Learn: motorcycle terminology, parts, start, stop, operating, sharp turns, larger turns, u-turn, blinkers, turn from stop, acceleration, deceleration, fast stop, slow stop, and much much more!

The staff was knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions and make sure I found the right motorcycle for me. You can tell the people here genuinely love Harley-Davidson and motorcycles. The whole experience was professional, relaxed, and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend High Desert Harley-Davidson to anyone looking for a new bike, a used bike, or just a dealership with a great group of people. I'll definitely be back!

Over the past four years I've had my bike service by this dealership and up to this point I've been…read morevery satisfied with her service level. Recently, I had it serviced in preparation of a nine day long motorcycle trip and it was a complete disaster. Had a front brake job. Nothing was torque to spec. Many bolts were hand tightened. So this put me in a very dangerous situation. So overall, I would say it would have to drop to a 2 1/2 stars

My Navy vet' son has PTSD, and I saw two Ducati's advertised at Indian Motorcycles Boise. So,…read moreyesterday I called and got "Matt" on the phone, and I made a fair offer on the bikes, so I might help my son by teaching him to ride. Road therapy. "Matt" took the offer to his "manager," and they responded by actually substantially INCREASING the price of the advertised bikes. I asked "Matt" to go to work for me and try to negotiate a reasonable deal, and "Matt" promised he would talk to the owner of the store and get back to me this morning. Matt never called me back. No counter offer, no negotiation, not even a phone call, in fact, I think they necessarily jacked the prices up on the bikes to intentionally discourage me from buying them, in that I am out-of-state. Since I used to write for all the major biker magazines, I can tell you first-hand that bike dealerships, especially Indian and Harley dealers, used to not only have a heart, but they were professional, and square shooters, and normally went out of there way to accommodate our vets'. I would not recommend Indian Motorcycles Boise to anyone, and I do believe their business model will eventually fail by treating customers so callously.
