Today is Oct. 30, 2025. Nine days ago, I found a machine that I was very interested. I completed a form from the website stating that I was an out of state buyer and I needed to know what the bottom-line, or out the door price was. Very specifically I asked about any and all dealer fees that would be added to the listed price. After nine days I have received a total of 10 emails from several different people, several of which seem to be sharing an email address. I have been offered to meet the finance manager to go over financing options, the General Manager, and what I assume to be a group of staff members trying to entice me to make the purchase. I have asked for the out the door or bottom-line price from three different staff members, including two directly to the General Manager, not one person has answered my original question, how much money. One person actually suggested that I read the DDPS reviews. That was one of the very first things I did. The vast majority of reviews were from buyers that had made RV purchases. I have owned a number of RV's and understand that those sales can be more difficult due to the complexity of the unit. However, all of those negative reviews pointed to a lack of after sale support from the staff. That is Management driven corporate philosophy, that is not inline with a good, well run business model. Two days ago, I requested, again, from the GM "Quintin" to get me the pricing by the end of the day on Tuesday 10/28/2025. Not a reply at all. I give up! read more

Called and made an appointment for some service work on my can am defender because I thought I was having fuel problems. Asked them to diagnose it as well as go through the clutches. After day 1 they said the fuel pump was bad and it was throwing fuel pressure codes. Said it would be 5 days to get a new pump. I said I would order one and install it as I could get one in 2 days. They also said that the clutch needed some parts, as expected, and a new belt. I mentioned that I had just put a new belt on, but they are the experts, right? 3 more days to go through and replace some wear parts in the clutch. This was about an hour job. Every time I would call for an update, they would say it was almost done and would call me right back. Never received any callbacks. When I finally went in and picked it up, I was told it was almost done. An hour and $650 later it was ready. In reviewing the bill, I noticed there was no new belt. That was supposed to be $200 of the $650 service. When I asked, he said that the old belt was fine. After getting the machine home I installed the new fuel pump, drove it around and it died, same as before. After some digging, I found the crank sensor wire was damaged. I overnighted the sensor to my house and installed it. $25 and it was fixed. I installed the old fuel pump to see if that had any issues and the machine is still running fine. Now I have an additional $350 pump that was installed and cannot be returned. I have a tuner on the machine that reads all codes, but there was never a code. The machine also will display any faults, none. I do not believe they did any diagnostics although that is part of the bill. If this place was an arrow it could shoot around corners. DON'T BUY HERE!! Bait and switch. They had a snowmobile in stock that we were looking for. All the options were listed, and it looked all legitimate. Called to confirm, and they did confirm they had it and it was ready to go. Put down a deposit and drive 8 hours to get there. We show up and look at the snowmobile, it's the one advertised with the correct vin, but lower option level. Now Ive driven 8 hours, payed fuel and hotel and it's not what they said. FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO PURCHASE YOUR EQUIPMENT/TOYS. In hindsight, I should have researched them better, when reading other reviews, it shows its trend with this dealer. read more

Oh man where to start . My wife and I bought a can am through them and it through an engine temperature code. I brought it in and they charged me 140$ for power washing the radiator and made up some lame excuse why we should pay for it. We had told them if it wasn't fixed we wouldn't take it to Saint Anthony, Matt says oh no it's fixed my tech said he ran it and it's fixed , LIE! He lied to my face we drug it all the way to Saint Anthony and it over heated in a matter of minutes. We had to rent a machine costing us an additional 700 for 8 hours and ruined our trip because our rig was over heating . I brought it back to Matt who then said he'll take care of it , no this dude couldn't figure anything out kept saying well it's not overheating and had me take time out of my day to take him for a ride I got it upto 220 and he was like ya it's getting hot I he'll have his tech re look at it he's now calling me saying he wants to charge me beca He can't find the issue because it's not throwing a code and he wants me to pay more out of pocket money , I've bought other machines from This company but I've never been lied to and cheated the way that this service department is trying to cheat me read more

Tried to call the parts department to see if they had the parts I needed but no one would answer the phone. So I drove down there 2 of the 3 parts people were not helping anyone. Then to top it all off they don't have a simple steering link boot. How do you expect your mechanics to make any money working flat rate if you don't have common parts in stock! I sent a customer there that was looking for a 6 wheel atv can-am or polaris and they said that there was nothing available until possibly October. Well after doing some looking around they found one at Edge powersports in Ontario Oregon. So they were flat out lied to. Because polaris dealers can see other dealers inventor, having worked at a polaris dealership I know how it works. Dealerships like this is what keeps me busy though. read more

I had a rhino lining installed in the bed of my Ford F-150 and the service was good. I was communicated with regarding schedule and notified when the job was completed. The reason for 4 stars is that the thickness of the thickness of the rhino lining compared to when I had the same coating installed (different truck) way back in 2006. Thick and rubbery back in 2006 where the application with Dillon was thin (more like Line-X. Which I do not care for). I am not entirely sure where to allocate this shortcoming, Dillon or Rhino. read more

I had a problem resurface with my 2013 Ducati Multistrada that was going to require that the dealership contact Ducati to rectify the problem. Service Manager Darrin Watson made the contact to Ducati, who agreed to fix my motorcycle. I am certain that it was not an easy task to get Ducati to accept responsibility and fix my ten year old motorcycle. However, Darrin was successful and I really appreciate his effort. This review is for the service department. We took in 3 snow machines on a trailer to be serviced prior to riding them this season. We left the trailer with them. One of the machines had a broken pump and was still under warranty. The experience that was had at the service center was one of frustration. Here are just a few reasons: 1. We had to continually call them to find out when our machines would be completed. 2. The machines were not completed by the time they said they would be completed. They gave us completion expectations three times and three times they were not ready by that day. It has been over a month and I still don't have my machines. 3. The service advisor called and said my machines were done. Gave him my credit card over the phone to pay the bill and told him my son would be there to pick them up. They processed my payment. 4. Son got there and the snow machines were nowhere to be found! They were not loaded on the trailer that we had originally brought them in on. The guy started looking for our snow machines amongst the 100 or so snow machines out on the lot already. Son left without snowmachines. 5. As of this morning, I still don't have my machines and have not received a call from Dennis Dillon indicating that they have found my machines. So anyway, I sure don't recommend their service department! read more

I have purchased 4 new things from Dennis Dillon and their service has gotten so bad, I will never buy there again. Our new $200,000 motorhome has been in for repairs since we bought it and they simply can't get the repairs completed. It's been there now for over 5 months. We were called and told all of the items that we found wrong with it had been repaired so drove the 2 1/2 hours only to find that the majority of them had not even been touched, including paint damage, leather damage, spray paint on the motorhome all around the rear bumper, broken interior door, etc. All of these items were signed off saying completed on the paperwork, yet clearly no one had even touched them?? Mitch in the service department is completely useless and I have gone back and forth with him multiple times over the phone about items on our punch list. He is unprofessional and honestly should not be dealing with customers, EVER. It's been over two weeks since we found all the repairs not done as promised, and no one has reached out to us. I have called and asked for the service manager but they are never available and have yet to get a call back. Get your crap together Dennis Dillon. You just lost a long time repeat customer and I am now forced to leave bad reviews to try to get your attention! read more

Went in here in January to buy a UTV advertised online as AVAILABLE. When I arrived, I was told that not only did they not have any, but that there was a waiting list and that we could put down a $2,000 deposit. Before paying the $2,000, we were told that it was REFUNDABLE. We were also told that the unit would be here by April. The process of this took hours as well. I have purchased multiple vehicles from Dennis Dillon in the past and went back to do more business because they were good to me before. Fast forward to April, still no UTV. We continue to wait patiently. Well, in June we experienced a tragic death in our family, and due to funeral expenses, and the fact that the unit still hadn't even shipped. We decided that the money would be better spent and prioritized towards the funeral, and what life expenses were unfolding. I reached out to Dennis Dillon to speak with management about my situation, and was ignored, not only once, but twice. Only our salesman called me and was not only un-empathetic, but treated the situation as inconvenient and disappointing to himself. In fact, he basically hung up on me after explaining "the reason we now don't get the $2,000 back was because they could have sold the unit to so many other people during the time we waited." Not once did I get to talk or try and understand more, not once after reaching back twice did I get to speak with management. It's a sensitive situation. Dennis Dillon salespeople post units on Facebook marketplace. From the time I initially called to talk to a manager and got "we will let them know, and they will contact you" to when I was called by the salesman, it was two days. I checked Facebook marketplace the day I initially called, and sure enough, the unit had been re-listed before I even officially told them I didn't want it anymore. Funny thing is, it literally sold 3 days later. So they posted it back before calling me and telling me my deposit wouldn't be returned. They don't need my money, they are greedy. The market is so hot right now that people are fighting tooth and nail for these. It's not about needing money, it's about greed. So initially we were told the deposit was refundable, and in fact the paperwork shows an amount of $0.00 dollars deposited (I have all the evidence that would prove it looks refundable) I have a signed breakdown showing "deposit" as $0.00 as well. Coupled with our salesman (who was new at the time we deposited - confirmed by other salesman there that he was brand new back in January) telling us the deposit was refundable. So here we are, $2,000 to Dennis Dillon, no UTV (we don't want it due to the circumstances) and no refund after everything that has happened. Because of this situation, and the absolute lack of professionalism, coupled with the lack correctly filled out paperwork on their part (have evidence of it) I will never do business with Dennis Dillon again. BUYER BEWARE - every single other dealer has a completely refundable $500 deposit instead of $2,000. I am normally the type of person not to even review things, but they lied to me and stole my money when they can't even keep units on the floor they are selling so fast. DONT LET THEN SWINDLE YOU INTO A DEAL THEY CANT FULFILL. I was extremely understanding the whole time we waited, I was patient, and willing to work with them. Ultimately when it came down to it, they didn't hold up their end of the deal. We were lied to. I have filed consumer affairs, and BBB complaints so that other people won't be stolen from and lied to. Just so everyone knows, they also have a BBB rating of 1/5 and mostly all complaints dealing with money. So, if a manager is too busy to call you, and the salesmen are lying to you, there is some shady dealings going on at this place. Go literally anywhere else and buy from them, because in all my time doing business, I've never seen anyone as unprofessional and rude about things as these guys. In 2018 I bought a Textron Stampede from this dealership After about a year and 84 miles the water pump started leaking. I asked them to check with Textron to see if they would help with this due to the low mileage. Textron said no due to being out of warranty. Didn't think they would but thought it was worth a try. The real problem is the complete lack of support from Textron for this UTV. It's been 3 months and still hasn't been repaired due to unavailable parts and waiting on a special tool to do the job. I don't know how much the dealership is responsible for this as I have not been able to contact any body at Artic cat or Textron that cares about this issue and just refers me back to the dealer so they have to take a hit on this subject. I like the people at this dealer and I like the Stampede but I can't think of any reasonable excuse that this should take this long. So I can not recommend that any one buy a Textron UTV due to nonexistent support from Textron. read more

In 2017 I bought a new Polaris General 4 seater. I later purchased the side windows and heater. Dennis Dillon installed both and managed to drill a hole through the outer skin of my door necessitating another 100 mile round trip tow. In January I priced the 1000 mile service and was quoted over $700.00 for what is basically an engine, transmission and front differential oil change. I see they have bought the Big Twin motorcycle dealership. I own a BMW motorcycle that I hope and pray never has to go near their shop. Why two stars instead of one, you ask? Bought a red 2017 Polaris 800 sled from them towards the end of last season. It was a great sled till about the 400 or 500 mile mark, and then it started to have a mysterious illness. It's left me stranded several times in the hills, and I just brought it back to Dennis Dillon for the 4th time in the last couple of months for the same problem 2 weeks ago. 10 days ago I was told I would get a call on Monday the 19th to help resolve the matter. Moved to Treasure Valley a little less than 2 years ago. Have a BMW motorcycle that needed servicing. Dennis Dillon seemed to be the only game in town, so took it in. While visiting the showroom my wife and I ended up purchasing a Can-Am Spyder! Went back to p/u the bike and the thing was absolutely filthy! Jump ahead 3-4 months.......took the Can-Am in for it's 3,000 mile service (had just washed and detailed it after a trip) and the same thing happened. Came back filthy. Not only that but the 3,000 mile service had not been done....only an oil change!! Now I have to take it back in again. The customer service at this place is almost nonexistent. The parts department is haphazard and seem to just be there to collect a paycheck. No friendly service with a smile in that area except Brenda. As big as Dennis Dillon is you would expect more. Makes one wonder if they actually perform the service you took it in for!! VERY disappointed !!! read more

Their service department is seriously the most dysfunctional bunch I have ever met. They don't listen to their customers nor do they care about tue customers. If you think sending emails and text messages ahead of time is helpful, it's not. You'll show up to your appointment and nothing will be ordered. The person you spoke to regarding the aftermarket shocks hasn't even passed on the information to the appropriate team. We left our Polaris there for WEEKS! We spoke to MULTIPLE people all who assured us that the shocks would be put on by the time we picked it up. Multiple calls later to VERIFY shocks were going to be put on this week before we picked it up and left town and each time no one knew anything about it. On Tuesday, my husband called one more time to verify that they had them. Apparently Dennis Dillon had, had the shocks the entire time! The service guy dealing with us couldn't be bothered to put us in the schedule. The gentleman my husband spoke to didn't understand why it hadn't been put in the schedule. He "assured" my husband they would be put on when it was picked up the next day. Well GUESS what wasn't done!!!?? I will never ever purchase anything from this company nor will I ever support their service department and even refer anyone I know to them. Dennis Dillon didn't even try to make it right nor do they even care. Everyone at this place needs to take a class on how to do your job. read more

We have had a very bad experience. Purchased a BMW 1200 and the title does not match the vin number on the bike. How we discovered this was when we took our bike to Mexico and upon trying to get back to the US the Mexican boarder patrol noticed the discrepancy. At that time they wanted to confiscate the bike from us. Very scary and distressing. We held the line up for hours at the crossing. We had to pay a $500 deposit to take it into the country which was to be credited back upon departure. Not only did we NOT get that deposit back they nearly kept the bike. We are wanting to sell the bike NOW as we can NEVER take it back into Mexico with the deal we made the boarder crossing patrol. But with being said we can't even sell the bike because the title and the vin number on the bike do not match. We have contacted Dennis Dillon over the last few months to help us with this with no resolution. We are not happy campers. read more

I came in to look at a side by side utv. I told them I was going to pay with a check. I asked what the price was. They said they wanted me to agree to sighning a paper stating that I would agree to pay the price they were going to come up with. But he had to go ask his manager. I didn't give much thought till later when the salesmen ask me for what my past and current occupation was. And we're I live and what was my last residence. I told a son about what happened and he thinks they were trying to get information to sell, even though the salesmen said to sighn the paper supposedly stating that I acknowledge that they were not going to sell my information. I did not give them my SS. So I'm not to worried about it. Except if I find any unusual activity on my credit I will retain a lawyer. Im written this review because somebody who's thinking about purchasing an item there should be aware of this. read more

Dennis Dillon Powersports has been ok with most things but since buying out the little guys it's just not the same. I understand that there are corporate people in the office that demand certain numbers and quotas but please let me come in the door without getting smothered! My last visit was to the parts counter. When I came in the front door I had a greeter out front who was pretty much demanding to know what I was buying. Then the person at the counter just inside the door latched right onto me. I said I'm here for parts and just wanted to see the new sleds... I think he actually started writing up a contract for me! Good God people! Back off with the "in your face" salesmen! I'm REALLY not a fan of high pressure sales. Have a little professionalism and make people feel welcome. I have spent a bunch of money in your store. Great experience with the parts and service department. Had sleds serviced for the summer and was impressed with how easy the whole process went.
