So we made an appointment (like we're supposed) to come and purchase the vehicle. I even offered to leave a deposit to hold the vehicle and they said they don't do that anymore. My parents haven't purchased a new vehicle in over 22 years so this is a BIG deal to us! We both drove over an hour away to meet at the dealership for our appointment. I even confirmed that the vehicle was there and available before we left! The answer was yes we even pulled it out front for you. My mom was so excited! We get to the dealership on time for our appointment only to be told to wait in the lobby. We waited for OVER and HOUR with no answers. Only to finally be told that the vehicle was SOLD OUT FROM UNDER US WHILE WE WAITED!!!! SHAME ON YOU! No remorse from the employees or GM other than "sorry, we messed up"... What else would they do to sell cars? I will never think about doing business with this dealer.

If you have a part that is difficult or hard to find - call Stoddard. I called for several difficult to source air cooled Porsche 911 parts and within minutes Stoddard techs identified the correct part and pulled them from their warehouse. Fortunately for me, they had about eight vans that were comparable to the van I was working on. The process was easy. I had checked online so I knew they had four vans on site that were matches. Knowing what you are looking for is a big help. The rows are pretty well indicated on the outside of the sections. Each vehicle has its own label to identify model & year. The counter staff was helpful. The check out was great. I paid about forty times less for my part than to get an OEM replacement. The vehicles are spaced well enough apart to easily work on them. You need to bring your own tools, but I feel that's common sense. If you're coming to find a part to harvest, you best bring your gear, otherwise got to an auto parts store. Overall, it was a good experience, especially for a first timer. Thank you all for your help, and for the off duty police office who was there to keep us safe.

I apologize I don't remember his name, but recently used his tow truck for my broken down vehicle. I am a professional, educated person and was made to feel as though I was being belittled for my truck needing a tow. I love my insurance company and the representative took down all my info for the driver, even the license plate number. This driver called me twice, both times were numerous complaints about not being able to find my vehicle(*even though I gave my representative all the info*), how I should wait with my vehicle, even though I just worked a 9 hour shift of straight standing, and complaints of how many cars were in lot, even though I gave the plate number AGAIN. I have used many tow services and have never had to deal with such unprofessionalism. I would never recommend this tow service, at least NOT the driver I had! I will be letting my insurance company know as well. When your vehicle is broken down, the LAST THING a paying customer wants to hear are complaints from a business they called for help!
