I was invited to take a class with my coworker as she seemed to be a frequent flyer here. Front desk was pretty welcoming. The place was well organized, clean, aesthetically pleasing and vibrant. It was my first time to Cycle Fly and taking a cycling class in general so they were kind enough to walk me through the set up with shoes, bike setting and such. The room itself was interesting. Low lights and the room was only highlighted by some LED lights in the back, candles by the instructor's platform and the Cycle Fly LED logo.
There are a few things that I would make note that I think would be helpful for the instructors for when/if they receive new flyers. Being an instructor myself, in general it is important to be thorough with instructions and the know-hows of using equipments and safety precautions. The instructor, I think her name was Kathleen, was thorough with the bike set up. However, she forgot to inform me about the resistance setting which left me confused and I struggled a bit with keeping up with rhythm and pace. Of course, the website includes the First Ride Guide where anyone can review that and get an understanding of how to go about the class. Regardless, I enjoyed the class and the vibes. read more
