BOOKING CLASSES -- Use their website. I had a ClassPass membership back then so I used my ClassPass credits to book the Reformer class. As of the writing of this review, in July 2026, BeFitness is no longer on ClassPass so guests will need to buy a single class package or a membership directly from BeFitness. A friend told me that they got rid of their Class Pass contract a while ago now. (Side-note: ClassPass is an app that allows members to book classes at different fitness studios and have the option to also access gyms and spas across various cities). REFORMER CLASS -- Anyone that has done a Reformer class knows that it is challenging, especially at 5am. The instructor was good because she provided understandable cues of what to do for each move/exercise. The instructor was enthusiastic as well. Having now taken other Reformer Pilates classes at a different Pilates studio in Avon and Bay Village, I definitely do not think the Reformer Pilates class at Be Fitness was as hard as the others that I've taken elsewhere. Nonetheless, I still recommend BeFitness if you live in the area and are looking for a beginner and intermediate friendly class. The Reformer Pilates class that I took at a different studio was a more advanced class. TIP (Reformer Pilates) -- The good thing about Reformer Pilates is that you can always adjust the resistance straps to increase or decrease the amount of resistance (weight) that you are pulling. SERVICE -- I remember the check-in process being smooth when I entered and the front desk woman greeted me (she was also the instructor). Overall, I enjoyed the Reformer Pilates class. Similar to many fitness studios, they sometimes have deals/sales so join their email list or visit them on social media to stay informed with current discounts. But they hired one of the best Aerialist in the city and I wanted to resume my practice. In addition to restarting aerial myself, I decided to get my niece involved. The studio made it very confusing and did not communicate to me how to register my niece. This resulted in me receiving an email that my registration was canceled, and we missed class. To this day, I have not received any follow up communication from the studio and the instructor was let go. All of this leaves a sour taste in my mouth. I was going to wait until I ran out of class passes to post my review, but this has been on my mind for days. My niece was making great progress and looked forward to attending. Sadly, we will not be members anymore.

Thank God I found Western Reserve Pilates Studio! It's a beautiful space, very clean and well kept- calm and hip looking. I called and left a message inquiring as to how to get started as a new pupil and they got back to me within 30 minutes! The staff was very responsive and I set out to my first class with high hopes. The atmosphere was great. Whenever you try something alone for the first time, it's always an anxious experience- except for your first class here! I was welcomed by the instructor and the fellow students alike. I can't wait to go back and try one of the equipment classes! Both novices and experienced practioners should try this studio. After easily reserving a time slot (also online), I drove to the studio and I missed it on the first pass. Why? Because the studio is also a chiropractor's office, and the Yoga Trends sign is not visible from the street. Initially, I was concerned. But then I went in and saw a bunch of crazy machines and a handful of people who all had smiles on their faces and I knew it was going to be great. And, as usual, I was right. The studio is in a doctor's office because the class instructor, Dr. Barry, is also a chiropractor. He and his wife actually invented this particular Pilates method; she studied under a yogi in India and is also an instructor. My classmates and I spent an hour pushing, pulling, bending and flexing our way through a set of challenging (but not ridiculously hard) moves. Dr. Barry thoroughly explained every position, went through the motions with us and gently corrected us as needed along the way. With such a small class (they are specifically kept under 10 people, I think), the instructor was able to give each participant some personal attention. I definitely "felt the burn" the next day, so I know it's working. I cannot recommend this studio highly enough. Go forth, exercise and have fun.

There isn't a defined waiting area separate from the class space (it flows together). Because of this, during meditation or savasana people will be entering for the next class. With doors opening/closing, people talking and general noise that personally takes me out of the zone. They also catch noise from somewhere adjacent that sounds like a piano music class. However, I can sympathize that that's out of their control. I also had a class where the instructor had everyone go around the room stating any injuries/physical limitations. Many people find yoga due to physical limitations and it was very awkward. I believe those conversations should stay between instructor and student since everyone is on a different journey and doesn't always want everyone to know. They have a wonderful location and it's never terribly hard to find free parking in Tremont. I've also met some nice people and appreciate the non-competitive atmosphere. I have heard great things about their massage and other services and I would look forward to visiting one of those!

I am here for their student guest weeks, and I have taken their cycling and yoga classes before. Having a location on the northside of campus does work well with accessibility, and I like that they are having this studio have more variety as well, including hot yoga, yoga, barre, boxing, and cycling classes. The structure is not too different from 121, and their amenities are nice for taking a shower before heading to work or class with complimentary towelettes and free towels/shampoo/lotion to use.

They run from a brilliant donation based non-profit model that allows all to be able to come practice quality yoga in a studio space. The teachers are absolutely fantastic, sharing heart-led yoga practices from their own embodied wisdom. Even with a beautifully structured practice there is space given here to listen to your own body, move at your own pace and have your own experience. You can feel the genuine love of the teachers and the authentic connection between the students. From beginner level to advanced practitioners there is opportunity for all to be held in their growth here. This studio honestly feels like coming home. I can't wait to continue practicing here!
