The last bike I bought here was over four years ago, and I loved it. Sadly it was stolen a couple weeks ago, and I assumed that there was nothing I could do about it because I had no idea when I bought it, and I definitely didn't know what card I used to buy it and wasn't even sure if I used the card. So I'm filling out the information for the insurance claim and I thought why not give Don's a call, the bike was the most valuable thing that was stolen from my vehicle so I wanted to try and at least get some reimbursement for it. Shockingly, Eric was able to find my transaction information and send me a receipt directly to my phone via text (within literally 1 minute somehow), so that I could properly note everything for the insurance claim. Eric was unbelievably helpful and very appreciative of my appreciativeness. I am so glad that I called Don's and spoke to Eric. I hate talking on the phone with anyone and it was not only a great conversation because I was able to get the receipt from him but genuinely he just sounded like an amazing person and was extremely kind the whole time. The world needs more businesses like Don's.

Once I got back home, I took it to Don's Bike Shop, and I'm sure glad I did. Even though I didn't buy the bike directly from them, they treated me like a valued customer from the start. They built the bike, tuned it perfectly, installed all the accessories I purchased through them, and made sure everything fit and functioned just right. I biked from Ashland yo Medford and stopped at the Phoenix Plaza Civic Center for an event and got some wings at the Phoodery. Theres a little bath from The greenway to Clyde's restaurant at Blue Herron Park. Easy access. Super fun day! So glad I rented from them. Great service :)

He immediately jumped in to disassembling the car and explained everything I would need with a breakdown of price and a comparison of quality. He spent a very long time assisting me and even opened a fresh motor off the shelf just to test my car. He did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. In the end I left with a new car after adding everything up and realizing it was a better choice. I only interacted with the hobby side of the store, but the bike desk service seemed great from the probably 30-35 minutes I was in the store. I cannot recommend this place enough!
