Initially, I changed from one credit card to another one but they continued to charge both cards for 14 months. To be honest, I didn't even notice; when I went in there to cancel the service altogether and let them know I was charged for an additional month, That's when THEY found it by accident. I was shocked but not mad because mistakes happen; I didn't notice it either. I just said OK well, let's fix it. It took nearly 3 months to finally get a refund and it took me calling up there numerous times I stopping by like six or seven times and it was always a different story. We have to investigate some more.. a few weeks later, we're gonna issue a refund and have you come up and pick it up in person... a few weeks later, because it's so much, we decided we're gonna send it in the mail.... a month later, the manager no longer works up here, we have to investigate.... a month later, it's in the mail... a few weeks later, can you come up here and pick it up. Each time, they told me they would call be yet I never received 1 call! I had to leave work, go in person and keep inquiring about the refund. Initially, I was 100% understanding. But, with the shitty service from the managers, I was pissed. After three months of inquiring and going up there, I finally received the refund check - in person and I asked for a discount to continue my service there (I had the wash & wax subscription for several years at that point). The manager, "sure, let me get approval and I'll get back". Again, never once called me back. After calling and stopping up there several more times, the employees started giving me the managers schedule. I still kept missing him. I was told, he consistently shows up late and leaves early. An employee, after seeing me numerous times, called him up and he gave me 3 free washes. . From the moment They accidentally discovered the double charge (I truly believe had I not been there when they discovered it, they would have never refunded me or resolved the issue) until I received 3 free washes was 5 months! Terrible service! Be careful with this company.

She answered my questions, walked me through the options clearly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It's rare to get customer service that feels that thoughtful these days. There was food and drinks spilled everywhere it was sticky stinky and gross. The lease company asked for some estimates declining all of the $200-500 detailing services. I came upon this place which did a nice basic job of cleaning the interior and exterior for only $50. Big win! That kind of customer service matters and it definitely saved the experience from being a total letdown. That said, the vibe was... strange. I pulled up and genuinely thought the place was closed. It was completely empty, no cars, no staff visible, nothing. It felt like a zombie zone. I sat there confused for a minute until someone randomly appeared and waved me in. Even when I went to pay afterward, there was nobody around again, which added to the whole uneasy, deserted feeling. What was extra surprising is that it was a Tuesday special, so I expected at least some traffic. Seeing it that dead was honestly concerning, especially given how highly rated this place is on Yelp. As for the wash itself, I paid about $50 for a wash with wax and I don't think I'd do that again. I actually watched them wash the car and didn't see anything particularly special that justified the price. It wasn't bad, but it also wasn't impressive. I also tried the massage chairs out front while waiting, which cost $5 for 15 minutes, and I definitely wouldn't recommend that. Totally not worth it, especially sitting there alone in an empty lot. Overall, the staff was kind and helpful, and that's the main reason this isn't a lower rating, but the odd atmosphere, pricing, and mismatch between expectations and reality mean I probably won't be back.

OMG... they have been here since I was a teenager. It's been a while since I pumped here at this gas station, but it was available when I needed it most. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Exterior was clean and well kept. They have a food mart, car wash, and tinting which is a bonus. It was a quick visit at the gas pump. I prefer to pay at the pump and not go see the cashier unless I have to. Last resort, I would write down or take a photo of the cost. Price was in the low $5.00 for regular octane 87. I was going to pump half tank, but decided to fill her up. Why waste time and energy for a savings of some change? Now I have this as my go-to gas station whenever I'm visiting my Mom in Upland and need a quick gas pump before heading out on our Saturday run for foods in the San Gabriel Valley area... yes, this is our weekend ritual LOL.
