The car is brand new and when the dealership was detailing the car for me to take home, they must have sprayed Armor All haphazardly on the back seats and got it on my back window. The guys at Tint World had to reapply the tint on the back window twice, for a total of three times before the tint wouldn't come away from the glass around the edges. After some automotive degreaser and patience, 3rd time's a charm! I really appreciate how accommodating and persistent Jimmy and the guys were with making sure I left with an awesome tint job with no problems. Mine was a unique problem that they found the answer to instead of just saying, "sorry, we don't know how to fix it," and sending me on my way. Their pricing was competitive compared to other quotes I received, and while the job wasn't completed especially quickly, the turnaround time was reasonable and within what I expected. The main reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that several of my gloss black lug nuts were heavily marred during the installation and will likely need to be replaced. My wheels and tires had been installed just two days earlier, and I specifically paid extra for those lug nuts, so it was frustrating to see them damaged almost immediately. The suspension work appears to have been done well, but I wish more care had been taken to protect the wheels and hardware during the process. Other than that, the experience was positive and I'd consider using them again.
