I read the reviews and still choose to give them an opportunity to provide service. I should have listened to the reviews of my peers, Cybernet1 is as unprofessional as a business can be. I was never a priority and even when I brought these issues up to the owner, I could tell by his attitude and the defensiveness that he really could care less about me the potential customer. The First appointment for site evaluation was scheduled a week out and while was excited for the possibility of better internet I was ok with waiting. The day came and went, I waited two days before I called to ask for an update. They had allowed me to slip through the cracks and their tech was sick, yet no call no show... When I called they rescheduled for two days later, this appointment time also came and went much like the first. I called to cancel my request and was begged by DJ to allow them to do the site eval, hesitantly I agreed and another appointment was set. This time I got a call from DJ stating the tech was out to the house had thoroughly investigated the entire almost 2 acre lot and there was simply no line of site to their tower. I was frustrated to say the least when I got home to find that I could see the techs foot prints in the fresh snow, and he walked from his truck to corner of my house and then turned around and left. He did not do a site evaluation like I was promised or like DJ had told me he had. These people will tell you anything you need to hear to allow them to try to sell you the service. To say I am disappointed would be an understatement. I had high hopes that Cybernet1 would be able to provide good service however the reviews seem to be accurate in that the service had greatly went down hill since the sale of the business. It was also very clear that this business DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER AND THEY HAVE 0% INTEGRITY! I understand the lack of internet to rural areas however if their tech support or customer service is anything like their appointments, promises and site evaluations, you would be better off finding someone else. Should be Cybernet1= #1 in customer disappointment. read more
