I thought I had a virus. I called few places and was told it would cost $150 to $500 just to get in door. I left a message and she called me back moments later. She was getting ready to leave her Stevi shop and agreed to wait for me as I was coming from Hamilton. Bev hooked up my tower. I didn't have a virus! Operator error!! It is not an understatement to say Bev the Geek saved my butt and my bacon! On the very afternoon that I was to do a video conference for a huge gathering of women, my computer crashed. It was spring break and my assistant was gone. I started calling and Bev called me back. Even though I was not her customer, she walked me through finding a disk (described the color and the text on the front) and stayed on the phone as I reloaded Windows.
