But thanks to Cynthia's intimate knowledge regarding financing, I've been able to purchase two BMW's over the last few years, my first cool cars ever! That was so freeing: I hate having to fight with car salespeople! Trust Cynthia to make the best deal on the right car for you.

I am super pleased with the overall experience with All Luxury Auto Detail. At first I was hesitant…read morebecause they are a new mobile detailing company, and from my experience it's hard to find a good one. But what made me trust them and give them a shot was their customer service. Unlike some of these other detailers, they actually answer the phone and responded to my request for a quote. They worked with my schedule, and they even offered to come pick up and drop off my car, which is super convenient since I have a toddler. When I finally called and was ready to book the appointment, the owner of the company Irving took my call and he was super accommodating and worked with my schedule and came out on Saturday morning. Then they gave me a very reasonable quote (I did a LOT of shopping around). And based on all the services they did, it was a very good deal. When they got to my garage, they walked me around my car and told me what they planned to do to each section and which areas are going to be problems. I appreciated their honesty. Multiple detailers in the past made me crazy promises. Inevitably they can't deliver or mess up the paint trying to get a scratch that's too deep. not All Luxury, they told me straight up and that made me wayyy more comfortable. They did not disappoint. I like that they undersold and over-delivered. They spent about half a day and when they came back I was shocked to see how clean and new it all looked! They got rid of scuffs and little rust specks from my paint. There was even an iridescent drip mark on my passenger door window I could never get rid of, and now it's gone! A+++ service and value. I already scheduled an appointment for my wife's car. Really recommend these guys.

They are located in the Mercedes of Calabasas dealership. When I first got their offer randomly on Edmunds.com, I thought this must be too good to be true. Plus they give $500 more if you show up within 48 hours of the offer. I made an appt and drove over, Mike inspected my car briefly and said he wanted to give me around $500 less than the first offer because my tires were worn. The offer was good for 7 days. I came back a few days later and was told I didn't need to make an appointment - that was a mistake because there were 3 people ahead of me and each deal takes at least an hour...I returned much later in the day and still had to wait but it was worth it because they gave me the original higher quote without question, and I took it straight to the bank! Highly recommend if you have a great car and want to sell it for a fair price.

Then, when I was ready to actually look at some potential cars to buy, Hovik picked me up at my house and took me around to see some of the cars. As a result, I fairly easily found the car I ended up purchasing, a Lexus GS350. I appreciate the service that Hovik and Arthur provided. They kept me aware of what was out there, but they didn't overdo it either. I'm not really a "car guy" and didn't have a lot of time or inclination to shop for cars. Using Hovik and Arthur as my car brokers really saved me a lot of time and hassle. I definitely recommend them..
