    I use them often. Good people. They fill my 20 and 50 lb BBQ tanks and my 500 Gal home tank.

I spoke with Shirley first, who told me I would need to speak with the office manager, because they won't drive in pasture land. I found that strange. I spoke to the office manager ( I think her name was Peggy) , and explained we are usually filled directly over our 4 ft fenced yard. They pull around the back of our house ( still on our property as we are on acreage), and reach over the 4 ft fence to fill. She told me it was $125 fee to safety check, to which I agreed. Then she told me she would have to send someone out to see if they would be able to fill it first, due to having to pull in behind our yard fence through our pasture . Again I explained, we are on acreage.. and our home and land are built up where the butane tank is. I honestly felt like I was supposed to beg her to have someone come out to our house. We are 6.2 miles from this business. It should not have been a huge ordeal , like these ladies made it out to be. I was transferred back to Shirley, and I asked for a time frame of when someone would come out. She was rude and talked to me as if I was ignorant, and said "well it's definitely not gonna be today." I was taken back, but just responded with that's fine. I'm not in any hurry. I just need a heads up, as we own a business, and I need to be home to open our gate and show them everything. Shirley said that someone would call me when they were en route to our house. plenty of heads up there. I agreed, but had a bad feeling about it... so I called another company immediately. While I was on the phone with the other company, Peggy called me once again and asked me to return her call. I returned the call to be told that she had her field guy look at our house on a map, and they definitely won't be able to service us. I told her that was fine because I had actually just called another company anyways. Our home isn't new. It's 22 years old. Nobody has ever had any issues filling up our butane tank. I added a picture of how far they would have to reach over our fence. Also, their safety check fee was three times what the next company is actually charging me. I don't really care about the cost honestly, but I do care about how they treat customers and they are a huge disappointment in customer service.These people were downright rude, and not accommodating at all. I would definitely look elsewhere if customer service is important to you. They refused to even send anybody out, after looking at our address on a map.

Our residential tank ran out of propane just hours before a winter snow storm was coming to Houston and we were not a current customer but when I called and expressed my concern for my kids and the storm, they were quick to tell me they would do their very best to fit us in today. Within minutes, they had a service contract emailed to me and then added me to the schedule for the day. They not only arrived within hours in the same day but were able to tell me what needed to be repaired but was able to fill the tank to get me through the storm until repairs were completed. Green's Blue Flame will be our service provider from now on. We are so thankful they were able to get us through the storm. We highly recommend them for any residential service.

First of all, this place doesn't honor the hours listed. You have to "call ahead and make sure someone is here" when it's during normal posted hours. Also, the owner was very rude and unprofessional! If they weren't one of the only places that sold 60lb propane tanks, I never would have purchased here. The service was so horrible in dealing with this guy I would've paid more somewhere else just to not have given him any business. Do NOT use him unless you have no option and in a pinch like I was. I implore other propane places to PLEASE stock 60lb tanks so people aren't subjected to this guy. Understand this review is based on the experience with dealing with the owner, fluctuating hours/limited availability, and overall subpar customer service. I would NEVER recommend this business!

That should have our first clue this man can't run a business. Our need is different and my wife fully expressed to him what was needed and sent pictures. He was supposed to be at our home. At 10:00am and doesn't arrive until 4:00 and he's in a bad mood. He starts with barking at me over the job and criticizing us. As I've never spoken with the man until now I'm trying to calm him down and see if he can actually help. Then he begins to cuss and bark more so I asked him to leave my property. At this time he starts cussing more, ask me if I want to fight, calls me fat while dropping the F bomb every sentence. The unprofessional horrible business owner finally leaves my property driving like an idiot in a gas truck. His partner left later and apologized. Based off his mannerisms it seemed like he has seen this before. I highly recommend anger management for this guy and to learn how to communicate and arrive when you say you will arrive. There was nothing done by us to justify this terrible nasty mean behavior. Call everyone you can first before calling this guy.

Every time we've made the effort to drive out -- often 30 minutes each way -- with our baby and our dog, we've been met with repeated refusals from employees to use the pet wash. The excuses vary each time: "It's under maintenance," "We're about to close," "Someone else is using it," or vague reasons that feel more like avoidance than valid operational concerns. On several occasions, we weren't even allowed to check the pet wash ourselves to verify the claims. It's extremely frustrating and frankly feels like the staff simply doesn't want to deal with customers using that service. As loyal customers who have chosen TSC for both pet supplies and convenience, it's incredibly disappointing to receive this kind of treatment -- not once, but multiple times, across different locations. The lack of accountability and consistency in customer service is unacceptable. I hope this review brings this issue to the attention of store management and the corporate team. The pet wash is one of the advertised features that brings people into your stores -- please ensure your employees are trained to either provide the service as promised or communicate honestly and respectfully with your customers.
