Arron came yesterday to do a routine service on our AC. He was very helpful in explaining why certain areas in our house were not cooling like the rest. He adjusted our vents and the blower motor. Now our master bedroom is cool. Highly recommend Arron and this company. I am a repeat customer. read more

Really great team to work with! I needed an entirely new HVac system installed and I'm really glad I called CW. Mike came out on a weekend when my old unit failed. He was literally there about an hour after I called and didn't charge an arm and a leg for an inspection and quote. That was Saturday. Wednesday he was there with the new unit and had it totally installed ( and it was a booger to get the new unit into the old units place.) in about 4 hours. Fantastic work. I am really pleased with everything. Big plus, he was right on his quote. No surprise extras! read more

Juan and Chris from CWS services came out within an hour of submitting a request for a quote online to fix my ring door bell that wasn't receiving power anymore. They provided quick service and also fixed my indoor chime that was broken. Amazing service and very knowledgeable electricians. The pricing was also very reasonable and a lot less then the other companies I reached out too. CWS has earned my business for as long as I am living in the area! Highly recommend this company to everyone!!! Thank you so much! read more

Found this company on yelp. Our AC system has not worked for four years correctly. We could never get the temperature below 81 degrees and being hot was just something we accepted until we called cws. Our technician Johnathan Smith was outstanding. He was very knowledgable about everything that pertains to hvac. We needed a new compressor and he got us that right away and helped us with our txv. He and Steve-o didn't leave until the job was completed and everything was perfect. I now am no longer having to walk into a furnace and sweat bullets every day. Call these guys seriously, but ask for John he is very dedicated to making sure the job is done correctly and that the customer will be satisfied. read more

I was able to get a same day appointment! Aaron was on time and was very courteous and friendly. He worked efficiently and let us know what was going on. I couldn't be more happy with my experience today. Thank you!! read more

They were prompt and professional. They completed the work in a timely manner and left the area clean. I would highly recommend using CWS.

Our AC went out over the weekend so I called CWS on Monday morning and the cam out same day. Cody looked over the unit, pulled out the components and found the problem. He repaired the issue and replaced one part. It I took him about an hour and instead of the thousands I expected it was a couple of hundred dollars. Cody was courteous and respectful, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company. read more

We have used this company a few times and every time they have been courteous and done an excellent job repairing problems no one else has been able to solve. They are our "go to" electrical guys!! read more

Just wanted to jot down how grateful I was for CWS Services coming out and fixing my a/c at the end of July. I had gone through 3 different a/c repair companies before FINALLY finding CWS. Nathan from CWS came out, found the problem, and repaired it, no problem. I kept waiting for it to stop working again (this was my experience from the 3 prior a/c repair companies), but it is STILL working, cooling my house, reaching the target temperature and it has been almost 2 months. To top it off, I paid them less for after hour service then the other 3 during regular hours. Nathan was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would recommend CWS to anyone with a/c problems. read more

A few days before moving a light fixture fell out of its canister and was hanging by the wires. I called CWS and they were able to come out and make the repair the next day. Thank you so much for the prompt and professional service! read more

Had a minor electrical problem and it was handled quick and efficiently! Will definitely use their services again in the future.

Our A/C went out over the weekend so of course I called CWS Services since we have used them in the past and they have never failed us. A few years ago while servicing our A/C unit the CWS Services technician informed my wife that the folks who had installed our unit had installed a mismatched set meaning the unit in our attic did not match the condenser unit on the outside of our home, he said that the combination was doomed to fail soon, soon arrived this past weekend as predicted. In 2013 CWS Services installed a mini-split A/C unit in our sunroom, it's working like a champ and that is what kept the house cool when our main A/C failed recently. Two CWS Services installers, Willie and Brian, came out this morning and made short work of installing our new 5 ton A/C unit! They even helped me out with a replacement of my A/C filters since I'm suffering with a shoulder injury and cannot reach overhead! We now have a brand new Payne A/C and it is just purring like a kitten. The installers looked and acted like professionals and seemed to know what they were doing. During my install they received several phone calls for their services and it is easy to see why they are in such demand. If you need A/C service or advice you cannot go wrong with CWS Services! Oh and as an added bonus, our new unit came with a 10-year warranty, two thumbs up! read more

Okay service but hidden costs. Make sure you ask them about service costs just to come out and hourly costs for work done because they charge for both. read more

Had a whole new AC system installed by these gentlemen. Very professional, courteous, fast, and knowledgeable!!

Needed AC work, so I tried to be cheap and look on Craigslist. Everyone that I contacted was a dud, even made an appointment with someone who was a no show and would not answer when contacted! My wife found CWS on Yelp, so I called and I am sooo glad that I did!! What an outstanding business!! They had a tech at my house within an hour. Super friendly staff! The tech was friendly, courteous, professional and very, very knowledgeable!! He finished the job in well under an hour!! Super happy with this company, anytime in the future that we need HVAC work, we will call them asap!! Thank you Yelp and Thank YOU CWS!!! Another satisfied customer!!! read more

Five stars well-earned here! Our AC went out over the weekend. We were able to get ahold of CWS Services first thing Monday morning and they set us up with an appt within an hour. Not only was our service technician knowledgeable and able to explain how the unit works, but he was efficient, friendly, professional and offered some great information and advice to avoid future problems. We will definitely use y'all in the future. Thank you to Aaron and the CWS Service family for serving the Killeen area! read more

You never think about an electrician until you need one. A wire burned inside my meter causing Oncor to remove it and turn off my electricity. I messaged them late Friday and got a message back in minutes. Prompt work and a fair price! I'm completely satisfied. Thanks so much! read more

I wanted to love them. I really did. On Monday the 3rd I spoke to Willie, the service manager at CWS and scheduled an appointment with the company for Wednesday at 1 pm to service my AC. I told him I worked nights and that would give me a chance to sleep before they got here. Wednesday I woke up at 12:30 pm and waited...until 3:30 pm. No call, no show. I called the company and told their phone answering service I needed to get back to bed so I could work that night and was checking on the service? A few minutes later someone called and we set up another appointment for Friday 6/7/19 in the morning. 6 minutes later Willie called me. He apologized for the delay, said he'd send a team out first thing Thursday morning to get our service done. He even offered a discount for my trouble, which I really appreciated. I told him about the Friday appointment and told him to cancel that one since they were coming on Thursday now. Thursday morning I waited up until 11 am. No one showed. No one called. I thought perhaps maybe they misunderstood and were coming Friday. Friday morning, no call, no show. I went to bed at 10 this time and when I woke up at 4 pm I called another company to schedule my service. From the reviews it looks like same day service is quick and reliable but I found scheduling in advance didn't seem to work out so well. read more

My wife didn't trust me replacing our circuit breaker so I called CWS.... I watched them replace my breakers with ease. I thought to myself, "I could have done that!" Anyways, CWS was a lifesaver. My smoke alarm circuit kept tripping and I thought I might have drilled into a line while hanging shelves. All is good now. Thank you CWS! read more

We had AC issues this weekend. I called CWS Services and Kenny was here within an hour of the call. He was very thorough and went above and beyond. The issue was fixed promptly as well. I would def. recommend this company! read more

CWS is amazing! We had left for a two week vacation and when we got back home our home AC unit was not working. We called CWS and we had a tech come out to our house within two hours. Kenny arrived to our house and within minutes he assessed the problem and diagnosed what was wrong. He is a true professional and an expert of his craft. He had the AC unit up and running within minutes. The job was also less than 150.00, so that was awesome and it was cost effective. I highly recommend CWS to everyone and job well done! read more

I'm stationed in NC and my Mom calls about an electric problem, she was getting a shock when touching the shower knobs! Being so far away I felt helpless... until I searched Yelp and found great reviews on CWS. The technician went to my Moms house shortly after her call and found the ground wire wasn't secured outside and the wires from the transformer were ruined. He fixed it right up. Thank you CWS for your prompt service, I feel at ease knowing who to call for Mom's future electric needs! read more

Juan from CWS was very polite, punctual and efficient! He got the job done and done well. We are very pleased!

Our a/c froze up and these guys fixed it fast and at an affordable price. Very polite! I will definitely be calling them in the future for any other needs. read more

Very pleased with their timely service. Fast and friendly. I chose them based on Yelp reviews and was not disappointed. I suffered without AC thinking my the unit would cost hundreds of dollars in repairs. My bill was much less than $200 and it was only that much because the technician recommended I fix a part that could go bad in the future. I will continue to use their service in the future! Thank you for being an honest and reliable company! read more

Juan showed up ready to solve the issue we were having within an hour of the initial call. He was prompt, friendly, professional and solved the issue in record time. I would recommend CWS and Juan and will definitely call on them again! Thanks Juan! read more

AC went out this August Texas afternoon. A call to CWS services had a couple technicians out within the hour to check out the problem. Jonathan and Steve quickly identified the problem as dead blower motor and were off to Killeen for a new motor. With new motor in hand they went to work taking apart the system and installing the new motor. In about 2 1/2 hours from the initial call we had cool air blowing again. Jonathan and Steve could not have been more pleasant and professional. I would defiantly use CWS services again. read more

I recently purchased a home and wanted an HVAC professional to come and inspect my system to see if it is prepared for a Texas Summer as I've heard they can be brutal. I asked for a quote and got one back within 20 min through yelp, and then a phone call first thing in the morning on the next day. The technician I spoke with was very nice and was able to swing by my house the same afternoon which was great! He arrived on time, and got right to work. From the first minute he walked into my house, I felt like I was in good hands. He was professional in every way, through his knowledge of my heater and A/C, government regulations that were pertinent to my system, and his ability to explain the workings of my system in a language that I understand. He was honest and told me some tips and tricks to look out for going forward into the summer. He even quoted me on several options I can use if I choose to upgrade my system in the future (its very old). Overall, I will definitely remain a customer of CWS and look forward to working with them in the future. read more

Fear company and service. Came quickly and were polite. I will definitely call them in the future if we need work done.

I also researched electric companies. Called this company, took almost all of the next day to call back. Waited almost a week for an appointment. Called us 30 minutes before our appointment time to let us know they were canceling our appointment. Told us they have people whose electricity was out and that was more important than our FREE quote. I agreed and asked for an asap appointment since we had already waited a week and had been bumped. Earliest appointment for just a quote is next Friday. I tried to explain I really needed it sooner. He restated others with electricity out are more important with an attitude. I would give them less than one, but one is the lowest. I realize people without electricity are priority, but the attitude and the way I was spoken to was not acceptable to me. I hope they are kinder to the people without electricity. read more

I have been calling electricians for three weeks to have an outlet installed in my utility room. I leave my information, get a promise that someone will be by a certain day/time or I will get a call back from the technician. Never happens. I found CWS Services through Yelp earlier today and submitted an online request for quote. A phone call was returned within 2 hours. An on-site evaluate was conducted within the next hour. Appointment set the next business day for installation. Thank you Willie and CWS. I am very happy with your customer service. I will recommend you first going forward. read more
