Absolutely the worst. This company has no internal processes. I emailed to check on my order, as I never received a confirmation. No response. Emailed several days later. No response. Called. No response, just voicemail. Called back a few days later. Spoke with someone named Tyler. Didn't sound like he was fully away (at 2 p.m. in the afternoon.) Said, "He thought that item was out of stock)...it's been 10 days at this point. I sent another email documenting, with a screen shot, our recent call, and a recording of the call. Said he'd have to send an email to the customer service department, who worked remotely, to get an answer. If I could give this company zero stars, I would. Our school purchased glassless mirrors from CWF Flooring. They arrived over a week late and two were damaged in the shipping. The damage wasn't evident until the packaging wrapping was removed. Even then, the damage wasn't clear until the mirrors were unpacked. I called CWF Flooring after receiving them, the owner, Tyler proceeded to yell at me and tell me it was my fault for accepting a shipment that was damaged. When I explained the circumstances and that I had documentation, he proceeded to tell me that "we were not going to get along" and hung up on me! The district and myself have called several times to inquire about a replacement and this company is avoiding our calls instead of filing a claim and having them replaced which should be an easy fix. That is what insurance is for! I provided pictures and video to CWF Flooring to show the damaged packaging. Save yourself any issues and DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I had reached out to them for a quote for a mirror on wheels for a dance studio. They attempted to call me and I explained that due to my work I can't really communicate via phone and that I preferred emailed communication only. They insisted they needed a phone number before providing the quote which was unusual because technically they already had my number if they had tried to call me, but I didn't think much of it. However, in the meantime, one of my dancer friends contacted me with someone local that makes these types of mirrors locally, so I responded to the email letting them know I had found a local provider and that I didn't need the quote anymore. As you can see on my screenshot I was not rude or anything. For some reason, they saw fit to respond with a slightly hostile "There is no local supplier in NV. Mmmm?", as if I owed them any explanation as to why I didn't need the quote anymore. I'm glad I got them to show the kind of service I would've received before I gave them any money. Absolutely abhorrent We spent well over $1,000.00 with this company. We purchased 3 mirrors on casters for a ballet class that we offer the community for free. So you can only imagine how much work and effort it took to come up with the funds for 3 mirrors. The ordering was very simple and the product came as promised. However, when the items were unpacked from their boxes one of the mirrors was very badly damaged. I called customer service right away, no answer. I emailed customer service sent them pictures of the mirror, which had characteristics of being a defective product more so than damage that could have happened in shipping. The Mylar on the mirror had bubbled and there were black scrapes randomly throughout the mirror. Clearly this did not happen in transit. The product was defective and shipped out none the less. I had a small back and forth with someone from customer service who told me that because the box was not damaged there was no recourse and i must have made the Mylar bubble and somehow scraped the mirror so violently that I also was responsible for all of the black scrapes on the mirror. From that point on I have been unable now, for days, to get a hold of anyone from this company. I have continued to email and call on a daily basis. I'm hoping that this review reaches someone in this company who actually cares about its reputation and customer satisfaction. This is unacceptable. AVOID this place! This was an expensive lesson learned on my part. I ordered 7,500 square feet of rubber flooring for my gym that was set to be open in 2-3 weeks. I was promised it would be ready in 10 business days latest and promised it was made in US. Ordered on 6/28 and it was delivered today 8/5. I emailed multiple times and called, most times ignored by Tyler and James or was spoken to rudely but when I did reach them it was always promised soon. I could not operate without the floors so we ordered another set with ETE (Extreme Training Equipment) and received the flooring in 2 business days and free shipping! CWF's prices were not cheap and they charged a $$ for shipping so I don't know why I went with them in the first place. I even threatened them to get my lawyer involved until they sent me some shipping information. I will consult my lawyer now to see if I can do anything to their business legally to stop them from tricking other customers. I have stopped many friends from purchasing from them. read more

What can I say? Read the reviews before you buy from this mess of a company! Terrible customer service. I had to call and email over and over before they finally shipped my order. Twice I called and was promised that my order "would ship on Monday." Then, no follow-up. On the last day that I called to find out when my flooring would be shipped, I spoke with a customer service rep who berated me saying, "You just live in your little bubble in Orange County thinking that you should get everything your own way way!" This was after being yelled at by him for several minutes informing me that they couldn't get product, had people quitting all over the place, we're understaffed, and a slew of other excuses, all while screaming at me. First of all, I don't live in a little bubble in Orange County. I live a regular life, work hard, take care of my family, and I'm not rich, so I don't need to hear about the privileged life that I live from someone who does not know me at all. Secondly, my daughter had been dancing (en pointe) on a cement floor in our garage for weeks while waiting for this flooring to arrive. When I first called in to talk to someone about this, I was told it would take approximately two days to get to our residence. That two days turned into almost a month. After this last exchange with this customer service rep, my flooring shipped and arrived the next day. I had been told by this guy that there was NO way they could ship it overnight, but miraculously it showed up the next day by FedEx. However, when it arrived, it had not been packaged well and when we rolled it out it had creases in the flooring. I had also ordered vinyl tape to tape down the flooring, but that did not arrive in this package. I had to call my credit card company to have that charge removed for the missing tape. We went out and purchased duct tape to use to keep it down, so our daughter could have a safe spot to dance on in our garage. Then, the next day the vinyl tape arrived. After all of this mess, and after my husband reaching out to the company by email, we received a half hearted apology by email. I completely understand that we are in unusual times and that it is difficult to get product, however don't make promises you can't keep and don't harass your customers if you want to stay in business. What a horrible experience this was, and to be honest the product wasn't that great anyway. We have since found better flooring from other vendors. P.S. Terrible company. I ordered moveable classless mirrors only to find out that the wheels and carts did not come with the mirrors. I was told to order from a different company and CWF would reimburse me for that purchase. So disappointed in this company! We purchased 4 glassless dance studio mirrors and it has been ONE MONTH and finally received PARTIAL of our package. We originally went with this company because they had the best price (which is still $350 per mirror) and with $380 shipping we have not received half of our order. I recommend not using this company, I wish we would not have. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! I will just post the letter I wrote to the CEO of the company.... Hello James, My name is Enjoli and I run a youth cheerleading program for a local football league. We purchased a 42x42 performance mat floor from your company. Let me say that I was very pleased in the shipping time I received them as well as the initial customer service. However, that is the only thing I am pleased with. This past weekend our league held its annual cheerleading competition. We were so excited to finally have mats for our teams after fundraising 2 years for them. When we arrived to the gym we had rented I unrolled them only to be displeased at what I saw. I ordered 7 blue mats and 1 of them was grey. What was even worse is that they were all different sizes. Most of them were with in inches of each other but 1 of them was a good 3 ft shorter!!!! As if that was not enough, they all flipped up on the ends. I specifically asked if these mats laid flat. I was told yes they do. They DO NOT. Having different size mats and them flipping up caused a safety hazard as girl were tripping over them while running out on to the performance floor!!! I left an email on Monday with pictures and stating that I was very upset. On Tuesday, I was contacted by another company, not even your company who I purchased them from, in regards to this matter, They told me they would send out 2 more and I would need to re-bag the others. I told her I would like to talk to your company first and told her to hold on and I would call them back. Here is where things really infuriated me. I called today and spoke to James. I told him all of my issues. I told him that I felt after spending that kind of money, which for a non profit youth league is a lot of money, I felt there should be some type of compensation for the MANY errors from your company. I told him what I felt was fair was sending me 1 grey roll, to match the one given in error, and call it a day. He said no. I explained that I already had to take off work when they were delivered because your delivery person was saying they weren't going to fit in my garage. So I ran home only to find there was plenty of room. To have them delivered again means I would have to take off work AGAIN which is not ok. Also, I would have to unroll every single roll until I found the short one and the grey one. Rolling them up tight is really not that easy and very very inconvenient. I also do not have a space to unroll them. He said sorry ma'am "SHIT HAPPENS"!!!! I was floored to hear this come out of a customer service representative. I then said that I specifically asked if these mats laid flat when unrolled and they do not!!! James said yes they do and I have the pictures where they are not. He said they have to be laid out for a day or 2. I told him That is not possible which is why I ASKED FIRST before purchasing them, and that was not told to me!!! I explained we only will be using the mats 1 time a year, for our leagues competition. He said "ma'am you are only going to use them once a year?". I said yes. He said " I find that hard to believe". ARE YOU SERIOUS? Who the heck is your employee to question me and call me a liar. I explained to him that we are a football league. Football runs July to November, and we hold 1 competition a year. We are certified by a company and they require us to have mats which is why we got them. I also explained to him that we rent out a gym to hold our competition other wise we are on grass and do not need mats. He again questioned me and basically called me a liar. I told him that whether he believe me or not that is they way it is I told him I do not have the space to unroll them and lay them flat which is why I asked before buying them!!!! At this point he told me there is nothing that can be done except for the exchange and once again told me "Shit happens". I replied with so you basically got our money, sent us something that was not was I was told it would be and that's it? He pretty much said yes, that's all that was going to be done was the exchange and I needed to understand "shit happens". At this point he has told me "shit happens" a total of 5 times. Number 1 as a customer service rep it is highly unprofessional to tell a customer "shit" happens. That language is unacceptable, PERIOD!!! Number 2 I expect when I spend $6,000 that "shit" doesn't happen, and it is perfect and exactly what I was told it would be. The fact that every mat is a different size and 1 is a different color is completely UNACCEPTABLE. For $6,000 they should be the exact measurements ordered. Even replacing the 2 mats still leaves me 4 mats that are not the exact same size!!!! I would expect as a company you would try to rectify and make up for the mistakes on your company's part. Delivery Issues, Items not Delivered As Promised. Before placing an order for 2 pieces of 4' x 6' vertical dancing mirrors for my kids' dance room, Tyler confirmed that I should have it in my hands in two weeks after order is placed. So I placed the order on Feb 1 and it's already March 5 and I still haven't received the mirrors. Tyler gave me a website and tracking info for the shipment and I was told to call the shipping company directly to follow-up on my order's shipment. This company is so unethical! As the seller, they have the responsibility to know everything about the item they sell until it gets delivered to the customers on time. I have asked them for some money back due to all the delays since the mirrors are now very late for its intended purpose/use. They were supposed to be used by my kids to practice more at home for their dance competition which has already occurred last weekend. Tyler said that no money will be refunded. Great pricing and help on the rubber flooring. Setup in workshop for insulation floor and less fatigue when on your feet the whole time. Nice that the flooring rolls are made from recycled tires so less landfill. The process of ordering and paying is a little quirky but minor issue over all. Wish I could give them a zero - Despite the shipping boxes were immaculate - not a mark or dent on them - too many to unpack and detain the delivery truck as there appeared to be no reason too. The mirror packed in the middle was damaged. Because we did not note send damage on the delivery receipt CWF would not replace the mirror. They continued to insist it was damaged in transit. There is no way that is what happened. On another note - these mirrors are not practicle anywhere where they can be touched. I would not recommend them - we'll be lucky if they last more than a year or two. Not worth the stress read more
