(it's usually around $50) Champion came out right away the following day and Derek said we have a broker water pipe under our driveway. They did the work and I was very happy with the service. He told me he would call the water company & the inspector would come out to check it before they filled in the hole. It's been 3 weeks & I still have a big hole in my front yard. Champion was very nice & said they called the water company 3 times. I would hire Champion again & I would have given them a 5 star rating if the work was completed. My complaint isn't with Champion, it's with the water company.

Poor workmanship and disappointing follow-through…read more Champion Services was hired by the previous owner of the property to perform repairs prior to my taking ownership. After I purchased the property, I discovered multiple concerns with the quality of the completed work and contacted Champion Services to give them an opportunity to address them. I documented the issues and provided Champion with photographs on August 11, including: * A bedroom door that was shaved/modified but still does not properly latch or operate. * Door modifications that were left without proper paint or touch-up. * Poor paint preparation and finish, including visible drips, uneven coverage and unfinished areas. * Trim and millwork that was poorly fitted or left unfinished. * Visible gaps and rough workmanship around door frames and thresholds. * Dust, debris and paint-related materials left behind after the work, including carpets that required cleaning. I contacted Champion because I felt the company should have an opportunity to evaluate and correct workmanship issues with repairs it had performed. On August 19, I was told that my concerns had been escalated to upper management and were still under review. I subsequently followed up multiple times over the following weeks but received little meaningful communication. After nearly a month of trying to get the issues addressed, I spoke directly with Kayla on September 9. She conveyed to me that Champion Services would not correct any of the issues I had documented. I would have preferred to resolve this directly with the company and gave Champion ample opportunity to do so before writing this review. Unfortunately, the combination of the workmanship issues, a repair that did not resolve the underlying problem, the condition the property was left in, and the lack of meaningful follow-through has left me very disappointed. I am posting this review to accurately document my experience dealing with Champion Services after I became the property owner. Based on this experience, I would not choose Champion Services for future work.
