I was originally quoted one price for the repair, but later I was told the cost went up because I "needed hoses added," with no clear explanation or proof provided for why those parts were necessary. There was no documentation, no visual inspection shown, and no real breakdown to justify the added work--just a verbal claim that it was required. On top of that, the final charge ended up being more than 3x what the same OEM part is listed for at Ford, which raises serious concerns about how the pricing was marked up and presented. The issues didn't stop there. This happened on a Friday. I was told my car would be ready before 4:00 PM, but around 4:30 PM I only received a last-minute text update. I arrived at approximately 5:09 PM, and the shop was already closed. There was no one available, no way to speak to anyone, and no reliable way to get updates or access my vehicle. Because of the timing and the fact that it was already Friday evening, my car would have been stuck there all weekend until Monday, which directly affected my work schedule. I had to go out of my way to find and contact the owner myself just to avoid being left without my vehicle for multiple days. While I did get my car back, the overall experience felt inconsistent, poorly communicated, and not handled in a transparent or professional way

It's not always easy to find an auto repair shop you can truly trust, but Clark Auto Group is definitely one of them. Excellent service, fair prices, and great people. I'll absolutely bring my Volvo back to Greg whenever I need repairs or maintenance. Thank you, Greg and the entire Clark Auto Group team, for getting me back on the road so quickly!

They treat you exceptionally well right up until the moment the sale is finalized; however, the instant you drive off their lot--even if the car breaks down while you are still within their premises--they are such despicable sellers that they won't even acknowledge the issue. When I went to Ford to verify this, I was told that the warranty covered only the engine. These sellers refused to accept responsibility for any other defects or repairs. They are nothing but con artists. Do not buy a car from them! This cost me a fortune; I got burned, so don't let the same happen to you. Don't let your hard-earned money go down the drain. I strongly recommend staying away from Hillsborough Auto Sales. I bought a 2014 Chevrolet Cruze…read morefrom them for my younger sister after we specifically asked whether the vehicle had any issues and were told that it did not. Within only two days, the vehicle began idling roughly, the check engine light came on, and my sister noticed a strong oil smell and oil leaking around the engine. We gave the dealership an opportunity to fix the vehicle. They claimed the problem was the fuel injectors, said they repaired them, and returned the vehicle to my sister, telling her it was "good to go." That same day, smoke began coming from under the hood. The following day, heavy smoke entered the vehicle through the air-conditioning system while my sister and her newborn daughter were inside. This was dangerous and completely unacceptable. I had Midas perform a diagnostic inspection, and they found oil leaking from several locations, including the valve cover, timing cover, oil pan, rear main seal, and oil cooler housing. Their technician specifically documented that these were "not fresh oil leaks" and that the vehicle had been leaking for quite some time. Despite this, the dealership refused to take responsibility, provide a refund, or cover the necessary repairs. I am including photos of the oil leaks because people deserve to see the condition of the vehicle we were sold. Returning the vehicle after an unsuccessful repair and saying it was safe to drive put my sister and newborn niece in a dangerous situation. Based on our experience, I would never purchase another vehicle from Hillsborough Auto Sales, and I would not recommend them to anyone.
