I finally succeeded in finding a different advisor and booked an afternoon service( botts were no help). I feel sorry for elderly customers who must feel frustrated trying this process- never dealing with a human. Once at the dealership, situation similar to last time- still under construction but very few people demanding car problems be addressed(afternoon appointment worthwhile); Waiting area still the same; at least the leather chairs are comfortable. Joey took good care of me advising me about the progress the technician was making. Still love the dealership and my car should be good until we return in the fall. I hope the construction is finally completed by then.

    This dealership is not what it use to be...total money grab. I had 3 recalls "service campaigns"…read moreon my 2022 so brought it in as it was due for 15K mile check as well (technically the car is old enough for the 20K mile check). I barely drive the car but was told that despite only driving the car 2K miles since last oil change, because it was a year since the oil change, that I was due for an oil change. I declined even though a coupon was offered. The business model is to get you on all the extras when you bring your vehicle in for routine recommended maintenance. You will be told it is all needed "to keep your car running" but my response to that is why should I have to pay 100s of dollars to keep a 2 year old, $60K car with only 15K miles running? If that's the case I should have just bought a 15 year old beater and then I wouldn't complain if I had to spend money to keep it going. This car also had battery replaced in the first year. Service told me if I don't use the car for at least a month that I need to keep it on a trickle charger....WHAT?!?! Brand new car that has to be on a trickle charger if I don't drive it every 4 weeks at a minimum or unplug the battery....huh. I solved the problem by letting the Lexus app expire so that way the car wasn't constantly trying to connect with the satellite when not in use, draining the battery. Lastly, get that remodel done. That place is a hot mess, confusing, no orderly system, and all you do is wander around a construction site maze trying to find your way to the door. It makes one want to avoid this place at all costs. P.S. never did get my tires rotated, service video showed "they were fine, no need to rotate"....imagine that. But at least I didn't get gouged on all the extras.

These people are money vampires honestly. The services I needed were cheaper than the labor cost... I paid 60% or this on labor costs! The worse part was not even that. I asked to have my mud guard replaced as it came off idk when and they didn't.... In addition they didn't even tell me they did not replace it... and my front logo that is black cause omg limited trim is chopping away. They denied painting it wanted to replace the entire front bumper instead and charge me almost 1k cause is not wear and tear. Cause they saw some chips IN MY WINDSHIELD? They blamed my paint chipped on the BUMPER on possible rocks from regular wear and tear from driving cause of the WINDSHIELD? claiming cause my windshield has chips (in their mind makes sense) the bumper logo MUST had been damaged the same way! Make it make sense? I asked them to just paint it now to change the entire bumper!! Anyways they charged a lot and didn't do what I asked them to do... I ha te these people ima look for another place to take my car next time. Got a brand new car and they looked for any excuse to not honor warranty on wear and tear of my car. And on top of that for the mud guard they didn't even bother to find an excuse for not placing a new one? Wtf is this place. Go elsewhere

After waiting three hours for a 1 hour fix, I was told that they needed to order the parts and I needed another huge amount of work. I paid their analysis fee $260, highest ever, and for fluids and left. BTW I was quoted $650 plus labor for 2 hatch struts which were sourced on line for $27 for the pair. Buyer beware!

He's a "my way or the highway" guy, and his way is a certified check which IS NOT THE SAME AS CASH. If you don't believe me, ask your bank, as we did. This is EXACTLY what happened to us, so we chose the latter--not to sell to a bait-and-switch person. To say one thing then do another did not work for us. Don't fall for that. If he is incapable of knowing upon inspection or driving the car if it works (a car with only 7516 miles on it and still under mfgr warranty!--really Dude?), then he should get his own mechanic to verify that the car is near perfect. Do your own due diligence, but don't expect us to give you the car before we have the cash. That's all we wanted was to have the cash WHEN we gave him the car. He flatly refuses unless he has the car BEFORE YOU GET ANY CASH. Same time, Dude, SAME TIME. He refused to meet us to get actual cash with the car at his bank and doesn't want to use escrow either. I told him I'd be changing this review if he continued to advertise the word cash on his web site then not allow the seller to have the cash WHEN they give him their car. Again, SAME TIME, Dude, SAME TIME. Be honest, be fair. I will revert this review ONLY AFTER he takes the word CASH off his web site if all he will give is a certified check. Full disclosure: We had left the car door ajar so it drained the battery and did not start when he arrived, but we proved that to him by jumping the car that there was nothing wrong with the car. His offer, by the way, was the lowest of all we received.
