I went on a Sunday (they close at 5:00 pm), but it looks like they're open 8:00 am-8:00 pm on other days. The woman who helped me was especially kind. No complaints at all--very smooth experience.

Customer Service They can be extremely difficult to reach on the phone and when you do get someone on the line, they can be a bit gruff and impatient. But I think it's because they are doing some extremely high volume. I suggest you make sure you have all your information ready and compose a short list of succinct questions BEFORE calling in. Eventually, I was able to communicate with an associate named Nicole and she was a God-send. She answered all my questions about my compound and responded to me in an insanely timely fashion. Every. Single. Time. With extreme patience and always with a sunny, pleasant disposition. I don't know what I would have done without Nicole. Lol. Summary Overall, I highly recommend this pharmacy. I have a local compounding pharmacy in Kennesaw that I typically like and use (no shipping costs because I can drive there to pick it up), but when they don't have a product, Southlake is definitely my go to pharmacy. My only suggestion is that they create some sort of frequently asked question page on their website (specifically for the popular compounds). I think it would cut down on the volume of calls they receive and free up the staff's time answering phone calls.

We were quickly seen at the clinic next door and prescribed amoxicillin. The asked where I wanted it called in and I asked if the pharmacy next door was quick and was told yes. So we transferred the scrip next door. I walked over and let them know what I was waiting for and was told it would be about 20 minutes. I hung out in the little store about 30 minutes and was told they just realized they didn't have enough amoxicillin to fill the script, that they could fill it as a partial. I told then fine, I could get her started and fill the rest at home. They said I'd have to fill the rest there. They knew we didn't live there! They asked if I wanted it transferred to the CVS around the corner... just to wait another hour?? We were on a time crunch and couldn't wait any longer. I was so upset I just left and had it transferred to my home city. How in the world do you not have enough of the most basic medication there is?!? So frustrated that they couldn't have let me know sooner while my daughter was miserable in the car.
