I just wanted to leave a quick review because this Walgreens was genuinely helpful. The drive-thru is great, and the staff was very kind and efficient. I had brand-new insurance and they helped add it quickly with no issues. I called ahead, had my prescription filled, and was able to pick it up about 45 minutes later. I went on a Sunday (they close at 5:00 pm), but it looks like they're open 8:00 am-8:00 pm on other days. The woman who helped me was especially kind. On 7/31/26 my husband mother in law and I went to this location to try and send a package via FedEx and I must say that the associate that helped us was extremely rude, impatient and not helpful at all. As someone who has worked in both the retail and food industry the behavior that was displayed was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. The associate kept making comments about checking in the ice cream vendor which is completely understandable because the vendors have a job to do but the associate wasn't really trying to help us with our task. I definitely will not be returning to this location ever again. read more

This is the absolute worst Walgreen's ever.When the annoying snowbirds are down here,causing accidents,clogging up every restaurant,hospital etc., it is hell dealing with this pharmacy. When they get a good pharmacist,they are usually moved to another store. I could write a novel,we have at THREE different times have had to get corporate involved. The lazy pharmacist said I had to use my plan to pay for my one prescription,he knew damn well our insurance was not going to fill it and I can't afford 300.00 for medicine I have to take.We were told BY THIS PHARMACIST to use Good RX,it was a lot cheaper and we knew they cannot tell you what you can use to pay. He said ,"This is the last time You can use Good RX"!My husband said excuse me, why ,you were the one to tell me to use it in the first place and we used it in the past when my Daughter's meds were outrageous with Express Suck Scripts.He said he didn't want to fill out all of the paperwork,to explain why you didn't use your plan.Um bud tell them you told us TO USE good RX to save us money. We have used this Walgreens since I moved here in 1998.My husband has a terminal illness and I have had 39 major surgeries and have titanium from my neck to my knees.I have seen the same Doctor for pain for 16 years,he is well known and follows every law .Thats why I have driven down to Clearwater for 16 YEARS! Turns out,he was trying to play Dr. and didn't like one of the medications I was on!I have been on the same meds and dosages for 10 years.I actually asked my Dr. to lower my dose because I got my medical marijuana card. I would rather use marijuana and not be on any of those chemicals. Go to Dade City,better yet go to CVS!They are way better than this specific stores miserable,overworked,whiny brats that "think" they're Dr.'s. Stay away from this one locations pharmacy. The customer service is horrible. They never answer the phone will not look up information for you. When I went to switch my pharmacy and have my prescriptions transferred. The new pharmacisn't called the location. This walgreens told them I ha nothing on file. The new pharmacy called back again the next day and spoke to someone else and was able to transfer my prescriptions. They just don't care about their customers and their need for medication . read more

Why are the pharmacy hours 8am-8pm I ask this because when you approach the window of the pharmacy to have your prescription filled 45 minutes to 8, you at bestowed with the response of "we'll fill in the morning we're closing soon." Absolutely the worst staffing for the COVID shots. had appointment for a set time no one knew who was doing what, no check in procedure for the 2 nd dose half the staff not adhere to the face covering announcements they make the ones who are wearing them aren't wearing them right no surface sanitation being done on any touch surface. pharmacy personnel not wearing gloves either just a rotten place I wouldn't recommend them for any vaccinations read more
