After a long time in the ER with my grandma, I go to get her Rx's and they give me 2 out of 3 that we need. They say the 3rd wasn't sent over. The girl at the pick up desk sends me to Stella at drop off. Stella tells me they never sent the 3rd one (with attitude). So I ask what to do? She says to call the hospital and see. The hospital nurse calls CVS and they tell him that they're just back ordered on that prescription and to get it in Kingsburg. So she lied to me saying the hospital never sent it and could've called to the Kingsburg store to make sure it was in stock seeing as how I got the LAST box on the shelf. I went inside to pick up a prescription. There were a few people in front of me but the line went fast. The pharmacy tech was fast and very nice. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. There were several techs so it went smoothly. Not bad considering the drive thru was busy too! read more

DO NOT TAKE DISPOSABLE CAMERAS TO CVS FOR DEVELOPMENT. Immediately upon my approaching a worker and asking if I could get a camera developed, they seemed absolutely baffled that I would ask for this service (Which CVS has offered for my entire lifetime). They were then out of the mail-in envelopes- since CVS won't develop negatives in-store anymore- and I had to return a week later. I received an envelope and filled it out and mailed it as usual, with a "7-10 day" expectancy on the return of my photos. 28 days later, I returned to the CVS to ask about my photos, as they had not contacted me. The worker I spoke to promptly told me to come back in a week or two (mind you, this is already 2.5-3 weeks AFTER the promised date). I returned a week later and was given my photo envelope. To my surprise, what was mailed in as a full, 27-negative Fujifilm camera was returned to me as only 13 printed photographs and a CD, with no explanation as to where the other half of my photos were. I emailed customer service and was told to call. I called customer service and was sent to voicemail. Two weeks and three different email chains later, I was ghosted by CVS pharmacy. When I eventually tracked down a family member with a computer old enough to insert a disk (pathetic, I know), I found that all 27 photos were on the disk, but CVS had simply decided to not print the half that were even slightly dark/blurry/low quality. Rather than supply me with the photographs I took (and paid for), it apparently wasn't worth their time and they returned a half-finished product to me. If you value your time, sanity, and any valuable memories that you want to preserve photographically, DO NOT go to CVS. read more

Tried calling to change a prescription. I was on hold for 20 minutes before hanging up. I guess it's time to find another pharmacy.

This CVS is kind of grungy and due for a makeover like ASAP. It's one of the busiest CVS's in the area that I've been to other than the Fulton Mall location. The employees are nice and sale prices are great but something about this store makes me want to wash and sanitize my hands with the quickness. Headquarters, If you're reading this, it's NOT too late! Restore this CVS! Make it more appealing to human beings. Please and thanks. read more

Literally waited about 20 minutes for some girl to come swipe her little card and go about her way no hey how are you or do you need any help. CVS pharmacy does not assist with follow up when request with their patients prescriptions were requested for transfer from another facility. To they won't take the time to request a patient's medication when Dr. said it was already sent. Dr. said it was send CVS pharmacy said it was not received. All you get from CVS pharmacy is attitude. They don't even ask you if you would like to speak to the pharmaceutical regarding your prescription or if you have any questions. read more

I'm continually amazed at how terrible this pharmacy is. Unbelievable! My medicine is on automatic refill for over a year. Apparently they didn't order it on time and instead of getting their hands on some they fax my Dr for a substitute which I'm unable to take because of the fillers. All this and not one phone call from them. Medicine I take every single day because I do not have a thyroid and it's of no concern to them. I'm out.. have to get my hands on some somehow.. I would of worked on this days who had anyone bothered to call me. I hate this pharmacy! read more

Horrible service. I understand being busy, but I have worked in customer service and you can still have courtesy to greet customers with a hello, a please hold, and thank you for holding. More than that I have gotten a call/text several times about a prescription being ready in my name, I head to CVS and they say they have no record of anything being there. Next day same call, obviously there has to be a prescription if they continue to call me but once again, they have no record. Either their records are not up to date or the people/staff do not know how to use it properly. read more

I recently went in to this cvs location in reedly ca, when I asked about a certain product that they sell there, the lady that I spoke to was extremely rude and unhelpful, of course she was the manager her name is Alisha b. First off she would no even read the name of the product. to at least see if she had seen it before. then she proceeded to tell me that the product that i was looking for was only sold from the pharmacy. I then told her that it was an over the counter item, that it was a medical scrub. she then said that she could not help me with that . It only would have taken her 2 minutes to help me look for the product but instead I had to look for it until I found it. so again it was indeed an over the counter product. I am so disappointed in the way that she handled the situation. she is extremely unprofessional and definitely shuld not be in a manager position. read more

The store is great! The pharmacy, however, is horrible. Depending on who is working I will have to wait between 2-5 hours for my prescriptions, even if I'm the only one waiting, as is the case today. I don't know what prone particular employee has with me, but when she's working I can guarantee an all day wait plus her added rudeness. CVS should really make an effort to hire associates that best represent their business, the employees at the reedley CVS fall short of even basic kindness. read more

My husband dropped off my baby's prescription at 8:40 PM after he was released from the emergency room. They told him I would get a call when it was ready. It was just one for amoxicillin. I called at 8:50, was waiting for an answer for about 3 minutes. The lady who answered said it was ready. I told her I'd go pick it up, and she told me to just go get it tomorrow because they were closing soon. If they knew they were going to close soon, they should have had my husband wait there for it and not say they would call us when it was ready, which they didn't do either. They need to be more professional. read more

Horrible management, you have to lead by example, and the managers attitude stinks and is very unprofessional. Went in to buy something for my grandson and when I ask the manager I believe her name tag said EDEN, where it was located in the store, it was as if I was bothering her and taking her away from her very personal conversation with another female employee. I'm sorry, but it's called work and you are getting paid to help your customers. So I ended up having to go all the way to the front of store to ask this young man who was working the registers, and he was able to help me. My overall experience was just bad. I'm going to make sure I take this up with upper management above her, because the conversation she was having and language was not appropriate for store and in front of buying customers. read more

I have been going to cvs for the past 7 years, in the past year cvs has changed drastically especially since they got new staff members, they are very rude and tell me to pick up my prescriptions at a certain time and when i go back there still not filled. This doesnt just happen once in awhile it happens several times in one day. I once read that CVS stands for "Come Visit Satan", that could not be more accurate when describing the pharmacy at this location. Some words that come to mind when describing the staff and service of the pharmacy: SLOW, rude, absent-minded. Not a good mix when you are giving out medications. Dropping off a prescription? Be prepared to just come pick it up the next day. Refill? Hahahaha, better have a few days to wait around. I have been shorted on pills, discovered this once I got home. I came right back to the pharmacy so they could fix it, do you think they even apologized? In the same week, I dropped off a new prescription only to be giving the wrong form of the medications (that's right, they messed up both). The staff member even admitted that it was their mistake. Again, no apology. It took me multiple phone calls between my doctors office and CVS to remedy the situation. The whole time the pharmacy techs and pharmacist could have cared less about fixing their wrongdoing. It is scary to think that they are giving out medications and people are trusting these employees. Corporate will assure you that they are an excellent company blah blah blah, then make some changes in this staff ASAP! Please, before someone is made seriously ill or worse from being given the wrong meds. read more

If you need help in printing out a picture, don't go their cause she will tell you, that you have to see how she does it, cause she will tell you that you have to do it by yourself, cause that place is self serve. If I can give 0 stars I would. First off staff is rude. Took in some balloons to get blown up for a birthday party, this was the only place that had helium. They told me it would be $10 per balloon which is ridiculous but was my last option. So I paid $40 for the balloons for them to be on the floor 3 hours later. I always go to rite aid and they last over a week. this was so disappointing and a rip off. So I had to go purchase them at party city AGAIN so all in all I paid over $80 for balloons because of all this. read more

I was there yesterday and spoke with a customer service rep before purchasing two foundations because I was unsure of what shade matched my skin tone. So, I asked if I could return the shade that didn't match me after I swatched it in my hand. The rep. assured me that there wouldn't be a problem. I came back today with my receipt. Only to be told by a different rep. that I couldn't return it because I had to bring back a coupon that "printed" with the receipt. I proceeded to tell her that it didn't give me any coupons with the receipt. She was beyond rude and I had to bring the not matching shade back home. If your receipt comes with a coupon it states so in the receipt and has a code for it. My receipt didn't have any but the worker still was unprofessional and rude. Needless to say I'd rather continue to shop for my high end foundations instead of here. That's not even mentioning that one of the pharmacist assistants is beyond rude to a lot of customers as well. read more
