I hadn't been for a while, so I was shocked to walk in on a Sunday and see plastic around most of the store (mostly everything except groceries) as it now abides by the Bergen County blue law. In all fairness, I hadn't been here in a while so maybe it was always that way (but I don't think so). My browsing was limited but I was able to pick up some items on the grocery side. The best thing about this location is... the location. It sits near other big box stores as well as restaurants to dine in or fast food eateries. And ample parking!

I once watched one of the pharmacy techs circling around the back -3 or 4 times - checking several bins for someone's prescription. Wasn't ready yet.......... Seems like there is no organization and/or bad leadership in the back. The tone of who I believe to be the head pharmacist is not usually a positive one. All in all, not my favorite place to be when I'm already not feeling well.

The store itself is neat, well stocked, and generally pleasant to shop in. Where this location really falls short is the pharmacy. Customer service there is inconsistent at best. One of the pharmacy employees, a young guy with tattoos, is extremely unhelpful and comes across as rude. Another young woman was on her phone the entire time I was waiting directly in front of her and didn't acknowledge me until she finally looked up and said, "How can I help you?" That shouldn't happen. On the positive side, the tall young man with dreads in the pharmacy is excellent--knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful. He's the standout back there. Overall, the store itself is solid, but the pharmacy staff (with one clear exception) really needs improvement in customer service.
