Once you finally get a person, they won't be able to do the job on their own so they'll have to get a second pharmacist to help them. They'll tell you that they don't have any of your medication's in stock and they're not sure why you're there. Next, they'll tell you it'll be available next day after 1 o'clock. Only for you to get there the next day and nobody knows what you're talking about. The most useless Pharmacy. Atrocious customer service. Lackluster communication. Poor inventory. All around terrible experience. I highly recommend getting your prescriptions filled at target or Sam's Club. Walgreens is absolute trash in Itasca.

I did notice at times that the price on Fairlife milk was different than my "home" Target, but that has since changed and the price is the same at both locations. The store is usually quiet when I am there on a Sunday morning and usually clean. Their layout of shampoo/face wash/etc. sometimes throws me off, but if I look carefully, I can usually find what I need. Overall, a helpful location for basic needs!

Also their "Balance Rewards" program has been incredibly helpful, I recently acquired enough points to have a free $20 to spend there! So just ended up getting basic necessities which I usually go to Target and get, just because I had points and free money there. I was very pleased! The pharmacists are always very helpful and will take the time to answer all your questions, granted they are not swamped, they do seem to get quite busy at times! Also, the male manager is always working so hard in the aisles and very eager to help lost looking customers, I wish I knew his name(possibly "MIR SULTAN"), he was so helpful and genuinely kind! Edit: most recently I have been very ill and needed to come back here several times for prescriptions & OTC meds, and pharmacist Dorothy has honestly been one of the sweetest & most helpful pharmacists I've ever had help me! She helped answer all my questions behind the counter & even helped me with my concerns with over-the-counter meds too...she is so kind and authentically wishes you to get better and "Be Well" (something I'm pretty sure corporate makes them always say, but she says it with sincerity & a smile).
