THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER I'm writing this just after leaving. I left my apt, right across the street to pick up some food because I'm coming down with the flu & don't feel good enough to cook. I saw the CVS & realized I should get some cough syrup. Problem is, evidently you need an ID to buy certain types of cough syrup and I left mine at home. Since ID is only needed for certain types of cough syrup I told the clerk to just tell me what I DONT need an ID for & I'll buy that rather than going home and coming back. She played dumb the first 2 times I asked & then said she would call the manager to ask. She called him over the loud speaker before saying "oh he's on break. Or maybe he left." At this point I'm sweating & feel like I'm going to pass out. I'm irritated but I hear her accent and realize if she sells the wrong brand to me without checking ID that maybe she'll lose her work visa. So I googled it myself & went to pick up some off brand cough suppressant even though I need a fever reducer. I see a nice looking guy walking around & ask him to buy it for me. So this guy checks out before me and the clerk starts yelling at him "ARE YOU BUYING THIS FOR HER?" She repeats it a few times before following with "IF YOU BUY THIS FOR HER IM CALLING THE POLICE". We both ignored her, bought what we needed and left. The worst part of this is that I very obviously looked sick, and I'm over 21 with multiple tattoos & piercings. read more

I ran into this CVS for some essentials...okay, fine it was for Dorritos and ice cream. I was sick and craving junk food! Anywho, CVS was one of the only places open on Thanksgiving and they're close to my house. When I went into the store, it was brightly lit and well-organized with holiday sale items already highlighted on the end caps. I was the only customer (that I could see), so it was pretty peaceful. The store was clean and aisles were clearly labeled so that I could easily grab my precious treats. Upon checkout, I was greeted by a cheerful cashier, who truly seemed happy to help me. This put me in a better mood and I was truly Thankful to interact with such a pleasant person before crawling back into bed surrounded by tissues, my food finds and my needy, fat cat. Also, I scored some great coupons after swiping my CVS (free) rewards card, so it was a really good visit. Thank you, CVS! read more

Honestly, the slowest pharmacy to ever exist. Takes more time for them to click buttons on the computer than for them to probably fill the prescription. It's honestly insane how slow they are. I feel like they are trying to go slow. Go anywhere else. read more

This place seems decent. Located in the LA Fitness parking lot on the corner of Howell Branch and 436, they generally have no line (they have a drive through), and prompt service. They answer the phone when you call. It works. What else do you need in a pharmacy? read more

Stay away from this place Mina treated my pregnant wife like crap. I talked to him over the phone to find out what the issue was other than long awkward silent pauses, he slams the phone in my ear. CVS I have spent a lot of money here but that will change Mina you need to change your attitude dude, that's not how you treat the people who are paying bills. Man up and drop your silly ego like your better than every one else and do your job, try to be humble for once. read more

if I can give this cvs pharmacy a less rate than 1 star, I would. this review is for the pharmacy and not cvs as a whole. I'm not a cvs fan, I'm a Walgreens girl and have always been. aside from that, I recently changed insurance and cvs is their main pharmacy. let's just say I've been having problems with the pharmacy since day one. today I go by the drive up to pick up my prescriptions and I had a coupon( try to save every dollar) for a very pricey medication. I told the clerk and she asked the pharmacist and I clearly hear her, as the clerk holds the phone on her hand, saying "what more does she want it's been discounted already, the medication is originally $700" really? would you not think she can just try and see if it can be lower a couple of more dollars? honestly the rudest employees. thanks for not trying to help someone save a couple of $$. read more

Always great parking. Easily accessed on that corner street. You can always find some interesting things in here too! One time I found a bunch of really interesting books on sale at this specific location. Not much cold beverage selection. Lots of make up and beauty product selection! read more

I wanted to clarify for those of you that are upset with the pharmacy and how they can't answer the phones. They don't answer the phones. It's just a mess. It is like that everywhere. I have used CVS in this area for the last 17 years after coming back to Florida. I was yakimg care or my mother when she was alive. And I got to know a lot of the pharmacists pretty well. So much has changed in dosing, how the insurance companies are messing with stuff, the federal regulations that it has become a nightmare for everyone--they are limited to how much they can dispense as far as pain medication to each month there is no one to really answer the phone. It's whoever is not busy and they're all very very very busy. If you just walked in there and stood back and watched for about 15 minutes you would see what is happening. But that is true in every pharmacy everywhere these days. Truly... every CVS. Every Walgreens. Every Publix. Every Costco. And this particular CVS that you are complaining about had one of the primary pharmacist get infected by some idiot they came in that was unvaccinated. And proudly so. And the pharmacist ended up in the hospital even though he was fully vaccinated. Because the breakthrough triggered another condition and he had to be hospitalized. It's tough everywhere for people right now .... So please don't judge too much until you know what is really going on is what I'm going to suggest. The phone is always ringing because they have so many people they are trying to help. And the two people that I've known for 12 years just recently retired and they are so glad because they are so burned out. Between the pandemic. I just moved to the area. Today March 6th around 12:20-12:30pm I spoke with a very unprofessional, rude girl. She talk to me with alot of attitude which I dealt with until I couldn't. I asked for my prescription to be transferred last month. And asked during the week for my prescriptions to be filled and once again transferred. I called today to get them and they weren't ready or even there. I need my medication same as everyone else. This is the 1st time I've had this treatment from CVS. I heard this was a good area and I've been treated way better in OBT then Winter Park. So going forward I WILL NOT be coming here. Even though I need my meds I can't even trust that I won't get something that has fallen on the floor or by dirty hands. Thanks for leaving a sick person unmedicated. read more

Terrible pharmacy. They never answer the phone so don't even bother calling. And if they do by chance answer you will be put on hold and then promptly hung up on.This includes pharmacists that are reaching out to them for medication transfers. Avoid using this pharmacy at all costs. Not worth it. read more

CVS on howell branch is no different than most other CVS stores. All your drug store needs... soaps, shampoos, photography, so many cards, junk snacks, sodas, EVERYTHING. Staff is always welcoming and friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to visit this store. read more

WORST photo printing service! I ordered my photos online the day before. When I went there the next day to pick up, the store clerk just told me they were out of ink and didn't know when it could be ready. I understand issues happen sometimes but it is not okay to not let your customer know about it and have them driving all the way to the store for nothing. One star rating is even too much for their service quality. read more

I'm just not a CVS fan, I frequent CVS because of my insurance but they don't know my name likely people at Walgreens do. I walk in Walgreens now and they say hello by name and they miss me. At CVS all I get is "whats your address?" Just no customer skills!! read more
