Went to exchange two CO2 cartridges for the product soda stream. The website says that they sell all the products for soda strain the syrups the dispenser, and the CO2 cartridges. The clerk who took care of me didn't even make eye contact or look up from what she was doing she simply said "we don't sell soda stream here" I informed her that I was on the CVS app and it said that they sold all these products for soda stream in the store. She called the manager over who said simply we do not sell that here. I brought it up on the app again and showed him that all the products were listed at that store and yet they did say "not available" I thanked him for his information but wanted to let him know that the app, website were missed informing customers and he basically said "no we're not it says it's not available" by the way, it only says unavailable when you pull up the product itself. I told him I thought it was just misleading and he didn't seem to want my advice or help at all. read more

If you are in Wilton Manors, this is the CVS to go to. Located near the "big intersection", it is very close to many of the shops and restaurants in the area. I went with my 40% off coupon to see what I could get.... I was really surprised to see Aloe Vera plants for sale....that is actually a good thing based on its healing properties...so nice to have in a pharmacy. Also you can get some nice beer, hard seltzer and wine spritzers for a decent price, not great, but not bad. If you use your coupon on a regular item, the purchase is not bad...just know your unit prices. Plenty of parking and well lit area at night. read more

I love the fact that this location is open 24 hours a day. Also am I the only person that keeps having a good to great experience each time that I go? So the staff here has always been super friendly and helpful. They have a good assortment of items, people keep in mind this is not a super market..they have the basics and a bit more. The main thing here is being a pharmacy. Plenty of parking. They have automated checkout or regular checkout. This location usually has a homeless person up front or like last night a rather crazy looking guy taking his shirt off and on for spectators. None of this bothers me but if you're sensitive to it be prepared. read more

Back in August, I dropped off a roll of 35 mm film that I had forever didn't even know what was on there and was so excited to see what those memories might hold! I dropped it off at the front desk at the Wilton Manors location and I was told that it would take a little bit of extra time not a problem. I went in multiple times every month I went right before Thanksgiving right after Thanksgiving first week of December middle of December right before Christmas right after Christmas right before the new year right after the new year multiple times it is now January 15 and after multiple attempts of being told that they're not in yet they're not in yet they're not in yet. I'm then doing your guys job of calling around talking to this person talking to that person talking to corporate finally get the UPS delivery receipt which revealed your manager Corey received them November 27 at 11:08 AM in the morning and I was there about a week after and was told that the pictures never came in. You guys turn it around and make it like it's my fault making me do all of this homework, wasted my time, lost my property and take no accountability and no responsibility. You actually turned it around and made it my fault and tell me call the company that I used to develop my pictures and have them re-print it lol! Are you freaking kidding me??? That's your job it's your company that you use and I was told that they can't that they're not even saved on any database. One person says one thing another person says another thing none of the stories match up and if it doesn't make sense, guess what it's not true! It's terrible what you guys do to your clients in this manner it's terrible that you don't even apologize and it's more terrible that there's not even an ounce of remorse in your voices. It's met with arrogance and entitlement. Your manager, Corey lied and said he never received it. What, UPS just made up his name and got it perfectly right? And then your other manager Chyna lies to me and tells me she's gonna go look at it and leaves me on hold for an hour over an hour while I was making dinner Incredible! The pharmacy is horrible. They never have anything ready on time and usually say they haven't received the prescription even when they have. I came last night and they told me it would be ready in the morning. Now, I'm sitting for 30 minutes while they put together a prescription in which I had to tell them what it was. When I compare CVS to Walgreen's, I really think CVS is going downhill. To start with, they never seem to have the products I'm looking for in stock. They have a shelf tag for them, so I know they carry them, but they always seem to be out. Why can't they order before they run out? That just sounds logical to me. Also, they have a lot of products where if you buy two you get a discount but one is the full price. Since I'm single and live alone, I rarely need two, but they insist on trying to make me pay for two. So instead, I don't buy any, which means they just lost a sale. They would have made money selling one for half of the discounted price, but if I don't buy any, they make nothing on me. That's really bad marketing on their part. They force me to not buy something. And they discriminate against single people. The more I come to CVS the more I like Walgreen's better. Every time I come to this store I find the people behind the counter to be rather surly, if they even talk at all. They certainly don't look very happy. I only stopped in here because we were at the Starbucks down the street. Next time, I'll wait and go somewhere better. read more

I have been going to this CVS location since it opened, and before that, when it was an Eckerd Drugs. The pharmacy techs are really nice whether you go in the store or in the drive-thru. The store employees are also really nice and friendly. You really appreciate this store a lot more, especially when you go to some of their other locations. read more

Yes, being within Wilton Manors, which has the highest concentration of gays and lesbians per capita of any city within the entire United States one could reasonable expect a somewhat different patronage than most CVS stores and indeed it does, but I don't think all that much overtly so. You may indeed get an admiring glance from a person of the same or of unidentifiable sex, but for me I find it flattering and I might indeed be disappointed if that didn't happen. As for the store, itself, it's typical CVS which isn't saying much. That is, however, except for larger selections of condoms, lubs, latex gloves (don't ask!) than found in most CVS stores. However, most at are a higher price than can be found at the Five Points Publix or any of the local porn stores, so I'm not sure who would be buying them here. read more

Alisha the pharmacist there is completely unprofessional. I have tendinitis in my elbows and have had my tricep reattached so push and twist bottles cause me pain. For that reason I request EZCAPs. Previously I had a prescription filled there and they ignored the EZCAP on the label and gave me a regular bottle. I discovered this when I got home and I broke the lid so I could get into it more easily. Today I knocked over that bottle and because the lid was broke my pills went all over the kitchen floor. So I gathered them up and returned them to CVS and asked they refill the prescription and do it correctly this time. Alisha, short Asian woman with glasses, immediately got an attitude with me. When filled she slammed the bottles down on the counter and said, "we filled your order back to full even though you did not return all the pills." I was PISSED that she said this. So I said, " i'm just glad you were able to read and comprehend the words EZCAP." And I walked away. But I was still pissed she made that comment about not returning all the pills. So I went back and said, "and the reason why I didn't return them all is because they are scattered all over my kitchen floor right now and you are more than welcome to come to my house and pick up each and everyone if you want them back so badly." Do not purchase products here that can be found at Sephora or Ulta (or almost anywhere else in the US). Returns are exceptionally complicated. Cannot return at $40 shampoo at this location. Have to go to original store. Another experience was with receipts. Threw mine away. Wanted to give me 50% refund. Why? I've never purchased anything here at 50% off. They scan my barcode with every sale. They do have records of your purchases. They claim they don't but when pressed they'll search their system abs find it. It takes about 30 minutes. They cannot pull up your purchases with your credit card or CVS card. Still need receipts to return things. All seems antiquated. Heading to Ulta. Feel more comfortable spending $200 on hair products there where they make things simple. read more

I'd had dinner in this area, was on my way to a friends' house for a party and needed to grab beer, a bottle of wine and some munchies. The Publix nearby had already closed, so I came here to this CVS which is right at the 5 Points intersection. I was able to get everything I needed, prices were fair (in fact, they were running a special on several wines, and I was able to get a bottle of Cupcake merlot for a few dollars cheaper than I can usually get it at other places.) There was no wait for the checkout, the cashier was friendly and even joked with me (you'll rarely find staff with a sense of humor in Miami!). As others have said, it's a typical CVS, but on the night I stopped they had exactly what I needed, pricing was fair and employees were great. What else could I have asked for?... read more

This is one of my favorite locations in the Fort Lauderdale region. The staff is always friendly and as quick as possible. Sometimes they can be a little chatty, but hey, I'll allow it. The store is always clean and neat. The bathrooms are clean. It has everything that every other CVS has. To me, the worst part about this place is the parking. The way the lot is situated, it makes pulling out of your spot a little difficult because you can't see if another car is coming around the corner. If you're looking for snacks, condoms, US Weekly's, bogo's on things you don't need and a birthday card for your Grandma, then stop no place else. read more

In praise of pharmacist Bryan-- Ok so I am a physician (i do not tell them that when I use this pharmacy) as well as a customer of this cvs pharmacy . I know the medical system is a mess- and just want to say we should not take it out on the pharmcay employees who have to navigate a complex system that is always changing rules. I had what was supposed to be a simple issue-- convert a mail order script to local pick up. Bryan spent literally 28 minutes dealing with the same cvs care mark phone trees and hard to understand reps that we do trying to resolve this. All the while his technicians were bringing him other issues to handle. I felt bad for him since I saw the customer before me had an authorization issue he was trying to resolve with that person's drug plan also spending a long time on the phone. And he had to turn away someone whose drug plan would not allow a "vacation refill" for a restricted item. The problems are not the fault of the cvs staff and Bryan kept his cool, and was professional and caring and wanted to make sure we got our meds. The pharmacy benefit managers and drug plans make this man's job very difficult. read more

We asked Stevens the manager if he could unlock it and he said it works but we are not allowing people to use them.
