They also have a really big selection of pre-packaged meals that include sandwiches and pasta salad. Also, you can take care of your coffee fix here. After leaving the store and not even going home yet I noticed it had expired the expiration date was August 2019. As soon as I noticed this I immediately went back to the store and the employee that rang me up was still there. They claim to have a policy where because of the coronavirus they are taking no returns. All I wanted to do was exchange it for one that was not expired. They refused one of the managers said I had to call corporate and when I asked for the number and employee gave me a number and I called it while in the store and later was told I had not called corporate the person on the phone then spoke to corporate or at least they said they did and I was supposed to get a phone call by today from them. I have not gotten a phone call from corporate yet but if I do I will let you know. I didn't open the box I return to the store as soon as I saw it was expired I just wanted another one. If this is how CVS serves their customers, shame on them. I am on disability and I don't have $32 to throw away. A manager called my husband today to let him know that he would be willing to take back my return and give me a full refund. I dread coming to pick up prescriptions here because I know that it will take at least 45 minutes out of my day between parking and waiting in line. In a salient example, I came here for a vaccine appointment that I had made online two weeks prior. When I arrived, I waited a few minutes at the vaccine window, and then got into the prescription pick-up line because I also had an Rx to get. As I was waiting, someone called me over to the vaccine window, so I got out of line and went there. I asked them if I could also get my Rx because I was waiting in line for that, and they told me no, that I'd have to get back in the Rx line (which was about 5 people deep at this point). Then, I heard the employees speaking amongst themselves that the vaccine person wasn't "here today" because they worked a double yesterday, and they told me that "it was gonna be awhile for the vaccines". So, I get back in line to get my Rx, wait, and they called me over for the vaccine when I was the next to get my Rx. I felt like I was in an episode of Mr. Bean. tl;dr: prepare to wait and not have your parking validated for it.

I'm taking two stars away. Recently I was in their store…read morelooking for some items that I can't get at cvs. I was looking everywhere for an paper, this paper is usually near the register. I guess the cashier though I was going to rob her or something. She was very paranoid. True I had a mask on but I couldn't go into the store without one. So hey if your going to be jumpy anytime that a customer has to look for items near your register maybe you shouldn't be a cashier. Now usually that register is not open, the one near the cigarettes is, maybe she was on break I don't know. But I'm here thinking it's a case of racial profiling or she's just a nervous wreck. I've been to this store before and this was the first time that a cashier has ever done that to me. I paid for my items. And going back to cvs.
