The Pharmacy Manager Samah is wonderful and always takes care of any problems you have. Considering that due to nationwide shortage you can't always get your medication this place is always on top of their ordering. Front store might get a bit busy but they do have a self checkout lines so no reason if your are over a certain age to stand in line and complain. Be thankful and kind to your pharmacy staff they are still your front line workers and they did work when many of us was sitting at home.

This is a pretty solid CVS, although the Clawson one was great so they had big shoes to fill. I am in their ExtraCare+ program, or whatever it's called now (I get $10 per month to spend at CVS, and in exchange I pay $4 per month, and also get free pharmacy deliveries). Despite that, I have been to their pharmacy a few times, and sometimes the line can get long, but usually it goes fast. The front-desk associates are always very nice, too, and I've placed a few photo orders here too. I would recommend this location overall, and it's convenient that it's a five-minute drive from me.

That took smooth 10 minutes, so now I was almost half an hour past my appointment time before I got called back. Really? Your systems are so bad and processes so inefficient? This is totally ridiculous. Called 3 days ago left a message about a renewal-they were supposed to call me back but never did. I called again today-went into the hell hole of a recording loop-could not even leave a message. So I called back, inputed "General" and got a store clerk. Told her what happened, she said she couldn't help me and I would have to go back into the "system". I told her I wanted the Manager-I could tell she was upset-so she put me right back into the nightmare recording. They are terrible and just lost another customer - AGAIN.....

I had called around 1 to confirm that they had my prescription and it was correct (I've been given the wrong prescription many times, it's a whole "thing"). As I make my way to the pharmacy, I notice that it's unusually dark, but I can see and hear people talking behind a metal gate. No one acknowledges my presence. I look around, confused. Someone else comes up behind me, asking what the deal is. We both try to get someone's attention, nothing. While scanning the desk by the register, we see a small sign that says they are closed from 1:30-2 for lunch. I'm glad they are giving their pharmacists a lunch break. I'm annoyed that this isn't conveyed to the customers. Technically, there was still 15 minutes until this break, but no one would acknowledge the now crowd that was gathered to pick up prescriptions. We literally sat there for 30 minutes because who the heck wants to leave, and then have to come back to CVS? No one. The answer is no one.

I received a text a couple days later that it was ready. The information on Yelp indicates a drive through pharmacy but that is incorrect. There is no drive through at this pharmacy! So I went inside and was out five minutes later with my prescription from the friendly pharmacist.

They offer to call the doctor to have a refill authorized, and then they never do it. The icing on the cake is the pharmacist's really bad attitude. I'm so sick of them, I'm going to go to another pharmacy, even though I have CVS Caremark prescription insurance.

I was able to find what I needed without any trouble, but the overall experience was a bit odd. You can definitely tell this store has seen better days--the ambiance feels dated and a little worn. After grabbing my items, I walked up to the front to check out, but there was nobody at the register. I stood there for a bit calling out "hello" to see if anyone was around, and there was no response. Just as I was about to give up and walk out, I heard a woman say something down the aisle along the lines of "Okay, there's someone up front," and then a cashier hurried over to ring me up. The checkout itself was fine once someone arrived, but it was strange that no one was keeping an eye on the register or noticing a customer waiting. Overall, it wasn't a terrible experience, but it definitely felt disorganized and somewhat uncomfortable. With a little more attentiveness up front, this location could be a lot better.
