On the whole I would say this CVS is fine. We get our family's prescriptions here. We've never had issues with the wrong medicine or anything like that. The line can be hit or miss but it usually moves fast enough. The other day we ordered two 11x14 prints and they didn't cut them because "they didn't have a tool to cut them". Ok, well you shouldn't be selling 11x14 prints then or you should mark they'll be uncut when ordering. A small inconvenience, but still. It's not like you're getting a discount on photos here. read more

This is the worst pharmacy ever-I was a customer here several years ago and they were so bad I left. Then my local Rite Aid closed so I had no choice but to go back - they have the absolute worse customer service. I am leaving again and going to find a Kroger or Walgreens. This is totally ridiculous. Called 3 days ago left a message about a renewal-they were supposed to call me back but never did. I called again today-went into the hell hole of a recording loop-could not even leave a message. So I called back, inputed "General" and got a store clerk. Told her what happened, she said she couldn't help me and I would have to go back into the "system". I told her I wanted the Manager-I could tell she was upset-so she put me right back into the nightmare recording. They are terrible and just lost another customer - AGAIN..... read more

Ugh, CVS. When will I find a store that doesn't suck? I walked in 1:15 to pick up from the pharmacy. I had called around 1 to confirm that they had my prescription and it was correct (I've been given the wrong prescription many times, it's a whole "thing"). As I make my way to the pharmacy, I notice that it's unusually dark, but I can see and hear people talking behind a metal gate. No one acknowledges my presence. I look around, confused. Someone else comes up behind me, asking what the deal is. We both try to get someone's attention, nothing. While scanning the desk by the register, we see a small sign that says they are closed from 1:30-2 for lunch. I'm glad they are giving their pharmacists a lunch break. I'm annoyed that this isn't conveyed to the customers. Technically, there was still 15 minutes until this break, but no one would acknowledge the now crowd that was gathered to pick up prescriptions. We literally sat there for 30 minutes because who the heck wants to leave, and then have to come back to CVS? No one. The answer is no one. read more

What pharmacy does not post on their website or at the store it closes from 1:30-2 and what kind of pharmacy leaves customers who were waiting from 1:15 in front of the people working at the pharmacy and just close and not fulfill their script? This one! The worst I have ever experienced happened today and Vince the manger doesn't even know his manager?! Ha! Couldn't give me a phone # to call and then get a hold of "customer care" who says it will be $4.99 to deliver my prescription I just stood in line for 15 minutes only to not be served. Then to be able to waive the fee will take 24-48 hours to for a life savings medication waiting for leadership to follow up! that is the kind of LEADERSHIP that WILL SOON make your stock to continue to drop and you go out of business because that is what you deserve to happen with the customer service you don't excel in. read more

The computers at the pharmacy are old and slow and all the employees know it. CVS makes so much money they need to update the 1995 computer.

Well, the Savon sold out. The people are gone, the weird road block Savon is famous for is no more... even the slushie machine is removed. Thanks for not having a battery I needed (common, coin size) and for replacing the pleasant people who used to work here with your surly CVS replacements. -Batteries...? -(doesn't look at me, or stop her task...) TURN AROUND. The batteries were where she indicated, but they had like 5 varieties. I hate CVS. read more

I've tried to like this store, because it is close to my house and I have been a CVS customer for years. The staff is nice enough but I don't like the layout of the store. Staff is sometimes hard to find. The pharmacy wall is too high; you feel like they don't see you. Yesterday, I went to pick up a prescription and had three other items to ring up. All four items were charged, I paid, took the bag and left the store. When I got home, noticed two items were not in the bag. Called today, explained what happened, asked if they had my items behind the counter. They said they would ask the pharmacist and call me back. No call back. I'm done with that store. Parking is also terrible and now that Maple Rd is under construction until fall, I will take my business to the CVS on Maple and Farmington. They seem value my business more. read more

I was accused of using a fake ID when attempting to buy a bottle of alcohol. When I asked Koshy Mullamangalam (the manager on duty) to scan the ID, he refused because my drivers license had "3 watermarks instead of 1." So instead of taking two seconds to scan the ID, he instead chose to argue with me, then tell me "he was done with me" and stated that he doesn't have to verify my ID because "black people use each other's ID." Not sure how this location justifies putting an incompetent, racist asshole in a position of leadership but they do. Won't be visiting this location again. read more

Worst pharmacy in the world they have messed up my order more than once and overcharged me. When I went back for a refund they would only give me CVS bucks when I went to use them they would not let me use it on the prescription. I asked to speak to the manager he wouldn't even help me he said I should never have accepted CVS bucks. So glad we have new insurance starting in January and will no longer have to use CVS !!!! read more

the pharmacy is the worst i have ever been to in over 30 years. new staff was hired and do not know what they are doing they have violated hippa laws by asking the name of the person and what medication they are picking up - we all now know the face the name and med she is on i did report this to the manager along with the clearly very young people who are behind the pharmacy counter. this is unacceptable that didn't seem to matter - besides sorry if anyone needs anything matt is amazing and the most helpful and knowledgeable man - he needs a raise- he does everything and would hire competent workers read more

I don't think I've been to a more dirty, cheap looking pharmacy in the country. Yes, I realize they just took over here, but when you move shelving units over, could you please clean the floors and the shelves you are using? As for those shelves, they are bare! Or let's say, the choices are slim to none! Looking for over the counter pain relievers? Aspirin, Motrin, Tylenol? You have maybe five CVS types to choose from, spread across an entire aisle with only one name brand thrown in there. As for prescriptions that were transferred from SavOn, they continue to call us about my husbands prescriptions, but fail to even know that I had several prescriptions with SavOn. There are quite a few new employees, but no one there anxious to help. I wonder how long they can stay in business in this area. read more

Slowest, most inept, most inattentive clueless pharmacy I have ever seen at a CVS and that says a lot. Do not waste the precious moments of your life here. They look at every slip like it's the first time they've seen something like this and after waiting 20 mins in line you have to wait 15 minutes for them to fill a prescription. Life is too short. Patronize places that don't raise your blood pressure. read more

If I could give less than one star I would. I have never witness such horrible customer service. I was waiting in line to pick up a prescription and an elderly lady was in front of me waiting for five minutes at least. She simply asked "hello is anyone back there" after her five minute wait. A women came to the counter and asked her name, the women replied and began to ask a question. She was then interrupted by the person behind the counter asking date of birth while rolling her eyes at this poor elderly lady. She then did the exact same thing to me and barely spoke to me after I asked if I could make another purchase at her counter. I hope this business fails for the sole reason that she was the single most rude person I have ever came across. Changing my pharmacy now and never entering that building again. What a shame CVS, Savon was a great establishment and you have destroyed it. read more

I cant even star this . I was so discussed by this drugstore . I needed my medicine right away . I called in the morning. They said they were doing a price adjustment and to call in and hour . I went finally at 430 and they didn't even make it so I had to wait even when I called the day before to make sure it was ready . They strung me along the whole day !! . The store is dark and dirty . I'm not going back . read more
