I'm giving them a five star! Walgreens makes the Pharmacy go through hoops if you're getting pain medication. Andrew, the male pharmacist, has to deal with Walgreens protocols, which takes him away from getting to know the regulars. There is one Lady in particular who is not so nice, shorter women who seems to find telling people NO a lot. I will literally tell people to go in front of me so I don't have to deal with her. read more

I wish there were half stars so I could award this Walgreens 3.5 stars. It's not quite a 4-star pharmacy but also not a 3-star experience. But I rounded up because the staff tries hard. They are ringing up customers, pushing around restocking carts, cleaning the floors, etc. and I appreciated that while waiting in line for my prescription. At the end of the day, we're all human, aren't we? read more

No self-checkouts and usually no employee at the registers, so you have to wait for one to make their way over. It's not like I'm shopping for groceries here, it'd be nice to take my three items, check out and be on my way. Today, I wanted to buy a book of stamps and they were out. I mean businesses run out of things, but I can't imagine there is some wild gold rush for stamps... We'll begrudgingly come here if we can't find something at CVS because it's close to home. But it sucks. read more

The bald pharmacist is the most cantankerous, unfriendly, and unhelpful pharmacist I have ever come across in over thirty years of being a physician. I wouldn't trust this gentleman to fill a glass of water. read more

This is the most disorganized pharmacy I have ever seen. It is not uncommon to wait as long as a half hour to drop off or pick up a prescription. It is painful using this pharmacy. I had one prescription filled that specified the quantity as 12 and was given 90. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. read more

Clean and bright store, but many items are overpriced. Cashier was slow and didn't have a good handle on how to service customers or operate register. read more

Waited 30 minutes at the pharmacy only for the male staff member to tell me to get in a different line very rudely. Takes a long time, and has horrible customer service. Go to cvs Update: waited 45 minutes without even speaking to a worker besides them telling me to go to a different line, so I left. read more

They take so Long to service customers. Pharmacy and front desk. Also, my prescription was ready 2 days ago and no one called me. I had to call myself and confirm. Then there was a rude guy who answered the phone and was snippy because I didn't have insurance. That was so called his excuse to no let me know my medicine was ready ! As if I didn't know! This place is a shit show since Sav-on left and Walgreens took over. read more

The pharmacy folks here are helpful, friendly, efficient and exacting.....just what you need for a Pharmacy. I like Walgreens much more than CVS. I like the assortment, the availability and the "feel" of the store....much warmer than the CVS @ 13 & Orchard Lake. I miss the older dark haired woman who was there since Eden. The regular checkout folks now are efficient, but, not the warmest folks. Will continue to go there for the Pharmacy folks (!!!!) and the feel of the store. P.S. my wife is a retired nurse and she thinks the pharmacy folks are Saints !!! (Watching them deal nicely with irrational behavior from all sorts of folks) read more

This is the world's slowest pharmacy. It's truly a painful wait every time I have to pick up a prescription.

This place is a bit of everything! It is an enigma- part pharmacy, part Hallmark style gift shop, toy shop, Sanrio, boutique, and liquor store. Normally, I say pick one thing, maybe two, and do it well but they do it all well. After, I stuff myself with more pizza than should be physically possible at atomatos buffet, I always stop here to peruse. This strip mall has atomatos, a salon, a high end Jeweler (Greis), a sock shop (seriously, how is this staying open, must be a high demand for socks), and Johnny Pomodoro's (nice market with nice flowers too). My mom used to call the plaza the Strawberry Hill plaza, as Nino's used to be here. The front of the store is the gift shop, the middle is the toy shop, and the back in the drugstore/pharmacy, booze is at the check out and along the left side. If your Jewish friends are getting married, sending their wee one to the WB prerequisite Camp Tamarack, are celebrating Chanukah or a Bar/Bat Mitzvah you can find the perfect gift full of Chutzpah! They also have fancy candles, cute handbags, a jewelry counter, kick ass Hello Kitty Sanrio selection, beads for your troll bracelet, charms for you charm bracelet, salon brand polish, the list is a mile long. I ADORE the toys and games.... for example, felted puppets, award winning educational games, and games you have never even heard of! Seriously, better than most toy stores... Plus, if you family member is on your last nerve, pick their child up some musical instruments like a recorder or harmonic... it will be music to their ears. After years of stopping by, I have convinced myself I need a Country Treehouse Hedgehog Family, with their entire forest wonderland....they are unbelievably cute and fuzzy! Seriously, I need to have babies, as no grown woman clearly needs a hedgehog magical forest ... One stop shopping my friends! read more

The worst. Each time I have come here I have waited no less than 30 minutes to pick up a script that had been ready for days. The employees are so slow and have no idea how to move a line along read more

This Walgreens is filthy and hasn't been cleaned. Food wrappers have been in the same spot for over three weeks in the pharmacy area. The help is rude and thoughtless. Plan on waiting in line for scripts for at least 20 minutes, bring something to read. This store should be shut down; absolutely disgusting. read more

I went here because the CVS on 12 & Middlebelt just cut their pharmacy hours (again) and I discovered the Warren Sav-Mor pharmacy was open late. I was surprised to find the extensive variety and unusual things they have for sale -- it's entertaining just to walk up and down the aisles. And unlike the chain drugstores, the greeting card selection here is way over the top -- there's some really great stuff here. Lots of interesting items. I'll be back. read more

Terribly saddened that they had to sell to Walgreens...I hope they leave it called, "Warrens" & don't change a thing. My 5 star rating was for Warrens, not Walgreens (which I refuse to go to.) Support small businesses so large companies don't come & shut them down. read more

Walgreens is just ok. I won't go out of my way to go to one. However there are a couple of items that I can't seem to find anywhere else, if I could I wouldn't go there at all. read more

Walgreens - a shopping cart in front of a walgreen store - Drugstores Near Me - Farmington Hills, Michigan

See all

Ever since this neighborhood pharmacy was sold to Walgreens the quality of customer service drastically has been reduced. Possibly the worst store I have been to. The workers are slow and have no concept on how to help customers. I wouldn't recommend going there even if you were buying a bottle of water. read more

This Walgreen has horrible workers. I had lost my wallet at the store and I went back the next day to see if anyone had turned it in. When I walked in the first thing the lady said to me which was the manager was " you better not get within 6 feet of me" how rude is that to say to a customer? Mind you I was just walking past her. When I had asked if anything was turned in I was given an attitude saying " yeah I don't wanna scare you but we get a lot of theft in here" The manager said she wasn't able to look at the cameras at the time but she wasn't even doing anything. Then when I told her I was going to call the cops and file a police report she finally went back there to supposedly look at the cameras then comes back out and says she wasn't able to go back to yesterday on the camera because she didn't know how. How shady does this all sound? don't waste your time going here, the employees are all super rude and if anything happens they will not be able to help you. Keep in mind this was a $600 wallet with my ID and my credit cards in there. The least you could do was call someone Who knew how to look at the cameras. She said she would give me a call back regardless on what happens, but I never heard back from them. Tried to call back about five days later and the store is now temporarily closed. read more

If I could give this Walgreens zero stars I would.I am currently standing in this Walgreens and have decided I will never come back, I put in an order for pictures to be printed and had an estimated time of 3:11 for my pictures to be done, when I got here they couldn't find my pictures and come to find out that they had not even printed them yet. Besides the fact that my pictures were not even printed they are the slowest Walgreens I have ever been to. read more
