My dermatologist sent in a script for a 30 day supply of Imiquimod, a skin cancer treatment. The prescribing nurse wrote "1 packet" on the script. Which to anyone with a brain would think a box of 30 packets, as they are one per day. CVS refilled the script without considering the math of the application. provided 1 single packet of the med, then charged me $14 for it, ordinarily $40 for a carton of 24 packets. Because I went outside to find out the snafu, they said they could not take it back for a refund (NC law). It's not pills or loose drugs... it's a factory sealed over priced packet!!!! They leaned on policy to deny me. If they had read the usage of the script upon refill, they should have spoken to my Dr. to clear up the dose/ duration of use problem first. So much for professionalism and patient care! CVS is now dead to me (not the first screw up). Moved all of my scripts to Walgreens. Sure people are busy... but don't screw me because you didn't look at the script before filling it. Are we robots, or are we discerning humans behind the counter? read more

The pharmacist at this location is extremely unprofessional and I am pretty sure just violated someone else's protected information under HIPPA. I called about a refill on some important medications and she asked me if I was the same person who called and cussed her out. She proceeded to tell me someone else with my conditions called yesterday and was very mean. I mean who does she think she is? Apparently a lot of ppl do not like this woman. Stay away. read more

This is a great Pharmacy. I am always greeted with the most welcome smile each month I go to pick up my prescriptions. I never have any issues with anything! The staff seem like they actually enjoy their jobs, and that is hard to come by these days. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy to anyone. read more

I get my prescription drugs here...they offer texting to remind you to pick up your order and even remind to refill them. Plus you can just about buy anything here you need in a pinch. read more

The women specifically at this CVS are the worst human beings I've ever met. They act like it's this huge inconvenience to bother them with your medication needs. God forbid you ask them to do their JOB in some sort of competent and friendly manner. Heck, I would just settle for competent. These people are useless when it comes to filling a prescription on time, and if you call them on it they act all butthurt - like you're the jerk for calling them out on their incompetence. Anyway, I finally learned my lesson. I'm going over to Publix or Ingles to get my prescriptions filled. CVS Pharmacy: horrible customer service; my mom transferred 2 scripts to their pharmacy. She received an order confirmation that both scripts were ready for pick-up. Upon picking them up, the staff could only find one script with no record of the other. They were indifferent and didn't even offer to call Wal-Mart to resolve their system error. When we asked for a supervisor, we were left on hold for 12 minutes when we hung up. Called Publix and received a caring individual who said they would call both CVS and Wal-Mart and text when both scripts were ready!! Highly recommend Publix Pharmacy where each customer is valued!!! read more

WORST pharmacy ever. This pharmacy is incompetent to say the least. On 3 different occasions, I have been told that my prescription was already picked up when it had NOT. I had 12 refills and on the 10th one, they claimed I had no refills and claimed to continuously call my Dr. to update the refill status. They don't call back and they don't update you unless you continually harass them for an update. read more
