Which to anyone with a brain would think a box of 30 packets, as they are one per day. CVS refilled the script without considering the math of the application. provided 1 single packet of the med, then charged me $14 for it, ordinarily $40 for a carton of 24 packets. Because I went outside to find out the snafu, they said they could not take it back for a refund (NC law). It's not pills or loose drugs... it's a factory sealed over priced packet!!!! They leaned on policy to deny me. If they had read the usage of the script upon refill, they should have spoken to my Dr. to clear up the dose/ duration of use problem first. So much for professionalism and patient care! CVS is now dead to me (not the first screw up). Moved all of my scripts to Walgreens. Sure people are busy... but don't screw me because you didn't look at the script before filling it. Are we robots, or are we discerning humans behind the counter?

I asked about the full name of my meds to save on the prescription with the app and she said she had no idea which one mine is. AM I EVEN GETTING THE CORRECT MEDICATION?!!!! Maybe not. First time I went there...Went to pick up my prescription and got to the counter to realize I left my wallet in the car and told the woman I would be right back. She just stared at me and said nothing. I came back a minute later to find the wall down like they're completely closed. Nice of her to tell me. What crappy customer service. Abysmal. EDIT TO ADD:: This is some of the worst customer service I have EVER experienced in my life. These women clearly hate their jobs. They all go to lunch at the same time, and close down for longer than they say they do. They are unhelpful and rude each and every time I go there, as if they can't be bothered. They were always kind and very helpful and always willing to offer suggestions and go out of their way to help their customers. The last several times that I have been there I have noticed the level of professionalism and knowledge of the front line staff at the counter has diminished greatly. Now instead of being helpful they seem to just be running people through and usually are very short and snippy. I have been in twice in the past week and found this kind of attitude on both occasions. While standing in line today the girl at the counter was very short and basically rude with a gentleman. When she asked if he wanted to add his number he said he didn't have one but his wife probably did. She then asked if he wanted to add that and he said he didn't know what it was. A customer in line had to tell him that she was talking about her phone number. When she rang it up she told him it would be 426. He handed her a $5.00 bill and she said that is $426.00. You could tell that this took him by surprise and he was not prepared to pay that amount and didn't understand why it was so much. He left the prescription and said he wasn't paying that much. As for my situation I finally just left because it was obvious I wasn't going to get any help and no one was going to go out of their way to help me answer my question. CVS Pharmacy you are better than this. Do Better!

A really snide attitude for no reason. I don't care how bad your day (24 Dec 25) was/is. I ordered 4 items ($76) online for pick-up. I specifically selected in-stock items. I picked up my items only to find out there were only two of four items in the bag. Nothing was said about it during pick-up, nor was there anything said or printed that would tell me I was only charged for two items and not four. I asked the cashier about it, but she had to have the manager (female, long hair, slender) come out. Rather than talk to me, she talked to the cashier as if I wasn't there. Zero eye contact. I asked about the charge because the only thing I have says I paid $76 for four items. The manager says, "you were only charged $35." I asked how I would know that as she held her electronic device in her hand and said, "this says you were only charged $35 for two items." I asked if I could get something showing I was only charged $35. She acted as if the device she was holding was Top Secret and wouldn't show me anything. I know what Top Secret is and it's not a handheld device at CVS! I had to walk out at this point. No wonder why you only have 2.5 stars. I would give -5 stars, if I could. Poor service and bad attitude. This is the same place that refused to give me a COVID-19 shot because they didn't know how to enter a veteran in the system using Tricare. A little bit of delayed effort by the pharmacist who sat there listening for 30 minutes and did nothing to resolve the issue.
