At Walgreens, I shortest I was put on hold was 30 minutes and the longest was over 3 hours. The lines inside have been 30+ people when their drive through would break, which was a frequent occurrence. I made the switch back to CVS a couple of months ago and I could not be happier to be back. I didn't realize how good I had it until having the terrible experience with Walgreens Merrimon. CVS has a far superior contact service where you can leave them a message if they don't answer and they will get back to you. No more needing to wait on hold. It is very easy to communicate with the pharmacy, the lines are almost always short and efficient. The calls are also made directly to the store (unlike the series of hoops and contact with outside representatives prior to talking to an in-store representative). Even when CVS gets busy or has challenges, my experience is still far superior to that of Walgreens. If you are looking for a great pharmacy in the NAVL area, CVS is the way to go!

I have to point out; when I get a sandwich I usually get green peppers but they had mixed colors for their peppers. I made a comment of how I only get the green ones but that the mixed is fine; the guy grabs a handful and this sweet man picks out just the green peppers for my sandwich. You made my day with that small gesture. I walked around the store and stumbled upon the Snyders pretzel pieces and they were on sale 2/$5. Had a VERY bad experience with customer service when ordering online from Organic Pharmacy. To make a long story short I ended up w/80 dollars worth of probiotics shipped to me without ice packs.
